Old building with cool architecture and vibe. Well decorated for the holiday season, but not Gaudi. Nice little niches throughout the hotel for sitting, reaching, being indoors our outdoors. Connected indoors to a couple small shops for coffee, a light bite to eat, beer & wine, etc. Lovely little historical place.

Room was little small by today's standards but this reflects the period in time in which the hotel was built. It was fine. My view was the parking lot, but that's gonna happen at most hotels. I don't tend to spend my time in a hotel room staring out the window. Downtown St. Cloud is really stepping up - lots to do, safe and clean.

The hotel embraces is 100-year-old history. If you want 5-star service and amenities, this is not the hotel for you. If you want a genuine representation of what hotels were like 100 years ago, this is the hotel should be on the top of your list. It was absolutely amazing. The location in downtown St. Cloud was great. The nearby shops and restaurants were wonderful.

The staff were super friendly and made you feel welcome. I loved the decor and antique feel it had. The hotel bed was comfy, and the ac was wonderful. I also loved that there was an extra storage closet that felt big for a hotel and that could fit a lot. They additionally supplied you with a hair dryer, iron board, iron, and other needed items for your stay.

No free breakfast.

This was, by far, the classiest, most comfortable, cleanest boutique hotel I have stayed at. We arrived later in the evening, after a day at Epcot. We were expected and greeted by a very friendly front desk attendant. We had a king room, which was very good sized and the bed was heavenly! We didn't hear a peep from the other guests.

There was no bartender on duty, but we found a great little spot around the corner (Phyre - highly recommend!). The bathroom was a little tight....it seemed like everything was measured to the millimeter! That said, it was efficient and had everything it needed. The good news is they didn't sacrifice the size of the shower, which had plenty of room.

I did not realize the historical factor of this hotel. The antiques in the lobby, my room and the outside alcove were such an extra bonus! My bed was incredibly comfortable and the room so cozy! The hotel and my room brought back wonderful memories of times I spent at my grandparents' house as a child. Staff were incredibly hospitable and friendly. The town feels like a quaint throwback in time and the boutiques are beautiful! Ice Cream parlor around the corner was the cherry on top of a wonderful weekend! There was nothing I did not like, except having to leave!

The location is perfect, right in downtown Saint Cloud. Well appointed rooms, very clean and the customer service was great. The bathrooms are always super clean and fresh.

The beds differ from room to room. We had a VERY soft bed this time which made it a rough night of sleep. That really is the only issue I have with the Hunters Arms.

The necessities were indeed upgraded and very clean...freshly painted clean white walls, new sink, fluffy white towels artistically arranged, comfy bed, clean vinyl wood floors, ac worked properly, 45/50 inch flat screen tv, hot water, microwave, fridge, excellent staff...did I mention excellent, accommodating staff?...excellent location if you have friends or business in St. Cloud, amazing coffee shop adjacent (fantastic remodel, fabulous coffee choices perfectly crafted by the owner). Charming original brick accents. Historic and clean.

The view from the parking lot was almost a deal breaker! Turned out to be really old restaurant windows. But the windows in our room were original but fine. Narrow, dark hallways. Some woodwork still needs updating.

The atmosphere was amazing.You could feel the history the minute you walked into the lobby. Rooms were just that, small, cozy rooms with an enormous king bed. We showed up at about 5 minutes before 11 pm, which is cut off for check in, and the girl at the front desk was very nice. I accidentally booked 2 rooms, and she didn't even blink an eye. After we were checked in, we couldn't figure out the TV. We called down front, and the same girl came up to our room before going home for the night and showed us what we were doing wrong. Instead of just explaining it on the phone! We will definitely stay there again.

We stay once a year for a festival, when I checked she remembered me, so that was awesome. Our room this time was a bit more spacious and the bed was super comfy! Love access to the mom & pop restaurants and shops on the block. It’s a super cute area to stay and not be directly in the tourist district that surrounds Kissimmee/st Cloud

The music at the little restaurant directly below our room could be a little less loud.

I liked the fact that everything was right there, restaurant, entertainment etc.

The bathroom tub is a little too high, the bathroom sink is way too close to toilet, you literally have to sit sideways in order to use it. Other than that I really enjoyed it.
