We got back from our cruise early in the morning and check in was hours later. They charged us $50 but got us in a room within about an hour. Clean, spacious rooms and great facility. Very walkable distances to restaurants.

Very convenient having the shuttle take us to Orlando International Airport. We told the desk associate what time we needed to leave the hotel and the shuttle was there waiting the next morning

Great presentation, clean and open layout. Very crowded area with lots of traffic. The breakfast food was similar to other hotels but had a nice berry compote for yogurt and steel Cut oats were good too.

Found a small bug in my bed on the 6th floor when I pulled sheets down to get in for the night. I took a picture of it and trapped it in a baggie I had. I brought it to the front desk because I wanted to know what type of bug it was. Did I need to be concerned about my luggage and carrying any others. A Manager was supposed to call me regarding the issue, but I haven’t heard from her.

the rooms were lovely, well appointed and spacious. Location was great..we appreciated the 24 hour shuttle service, and the ease of setting up the shuttle.

The shuttle driver was not courteous nor very helpful. Breakfast options were limited and not replenished well. Basic things like spoons and hot water, there was a wait for. The elevators are small, slow, hard to come by especially at peak hours. I saw a family trying to come down and check out the husband was in a wheel chair and they had their luggage and they had to wait for a long time due to either housekeeping using the elevator or someone on a higher floor coming down...there should be more options or people with a disability should have some accommodations.

There was a buffet breakfast offering scrambled eggs, potato cubes, French toast, a selection of cereals, juices, breads and bagels, as well as fresh fruit salad. The hot food was replenished frequently so tasted nice and hot and fresh. A fantastic overnight stay, from the free shuttle bus pickup from the airport, the well furnished room & bathroom, comfortable bed and complimentary breakfast, its superb value for money. There's also a pool area and a bar that serves food and drinks, which was managed wonderfully by a lady called Alicia, on the night of our stay.

Staff were extremely pleasant & helpful. Our flight arrived around midnight, we texted hotel at # provided to us and extremely helpful driver arrived to bring us to hotel. Staff at hotel continued professionalism. We felt our needs were cared for and they genuinely cared about our experience. Room was perfect, like a mini apartment.

Missed breakfast as shorter service weekdays vs weekends

Very convenient location, close to the airport and a free shuttle to and from. Nice hotel, close to several chain restaurants, a decent swimming pool, a good breakfast with a variety of foods. The staff was friendly and helpful. For example, I could not get the phone charger to work, the front desk sent an engineer who lent me his own charger cable to use till I checked out.

There were some electrical problems in the room, the side lights did not work so I had to read using my phone torch, most of the plugs did not work. When I tried my phone charger cable at a different location it worked perfectly well. Aside from those minor problems, I enjoyed my stay.

Hi, We recently stayed at the Hyatt Orlando Airport and had outstanding service and truly enjoyed our stay. I wanted to give a big shout out to Jorge and Naijeleen at the front desk and to your shuttle drivers Donald and Angel for their excellent, friendly and professional service. Your breakfast was very substantial and the wait staff was efficient and helpful. Although we had to stay at the hotel due to a delayed flight, you made the trip interruption very enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was the best I have experienced at any hotel so far.There was a great variety of options.Food was freshly made and attendants made sure area was always clean and replenished.My room was huge and had a great view.I like the security feature of the key need for elevator access.My floor was really quiet.Ieft my cruise documents in the lobby and had to travel 45 minutes back to retrieve. The hotel desk made sure my things were secure and I arrived back on time.The check in was smooth and friendly.
