Hotel Nexus Lucknow is perfectly located in the heart of the city, making all major attractions and business hubs easily accessible. The staff is exceptionally courteous, and the food is consistently good. I choose this hotel regularly for my business trips and always recommend it to others. It truly feels like a home away from home

The room was spaceous and well laid out, staffs were cooperative, kitchen food was good, and the location was ok for business purpose, on the road.

It is located in a business district so gets quite empty after business hours. Has few fastfood and vegetarian restaurants, not many restaurants around.

charges for accomodation is very good according to location. staffs were very polite. They had provided milk for my kid even in night 1 AM although maintenance was going on in kitchen. Rooms are spacious and clean. Not like any other hotels at such a prime location.

Cleanliness and courteous behaviour of staff are the two most important things that anyone would expect after checking in and there is abundance of these things in this hotel.

During my one day stay , I didn't find even a single negative thing.

Comfortable room size with two double beds. Clean bathroom. Staff is good.

One Tube light and dim light not working. Staff could have checked before allotment to guests. Wifi router did not getting connected and staff could not resolve the router issue.

Excellent location, 10 min from station. Huge room. Clean and large washroom. Food is tasty.

Food cost is slightly higher.

BF should have more wider variation or more items. It should be served in the dinning hall.

Not to have a restuarent.
