Amazing pillows and size of room and kitchenette is very useful but you will need to bring your own cooking equipment. They do have a toaster, microwave, huge fridge, two burners and a coffee maker.

If you stay at the ends of the building, you will hear the 1st floor end doors closing. However, those access doors are secured and very convenient for entry and exit as long as you have a card.

Location was good and pricing was reasonable. Close to shopping, restaurants, and the interstate. Easy in, easy out.

There was a large carpet stain as you got off the elevator on the 2nd floor. Suggest that to be cleaned because it didn't give a good first impression of facility cleanliness. Breakfast consists of self preparation of purchased items from the sundry shop.

The booking.com website was very misleading stating breakfast was included but they advised they did not have a continental breakfast and that I would have to pay for it so it would be nice if you gave me a partial refund due to the mis-information on your site.

they could have had a pool like the Comfort Inn on the other side of the mall has, but otherwise it was a nice hotel.

We stay in this area when to go to town all the time. The mall is right across the street, several eating places within walking distance, the most amazing donut shop is just a half a walk away Voodoo Donuts. Location is safe and well lighted. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

When going into the room it had a little bit of a musty smell but it was also raining outside. Nothing a little Febreze that I carry with me did not take care of.

Good location and easy access to routes out of the city, which meant we were able to get down by the Waterfront and also the trips to Columbia River Gorge and Mount St. Helens. There are a few chain restaurants within walking distance as well as the Vancouver Mall. Large comfortable room. Helpful staff. Good guest laundry facilities.

We had booked this hotel because we thought it had self-catering facilities. Whilst there are hot plates, large refrigerator and a microwave, due to the change in regulations post-Covid, there was no crockery, cutlery nor saucepans, so impossible to do any cooking.

The staff were very friendly we checked in late and they were able to accommodate our request. Very clean and the everything you need is in there. Like the stovetop you can cook your meal anytime you want. The beds are extremely comfortable and had very good stay. Close to everything we need.

Not much I don’t workout so no gym didn’t bother me.lol

We absolutely love this hotel! It is clean and comfortable! Staff is always friendly and go above and beyond to deal with any problems with guest. We definitely will stay here again. The only issue we have is with people smoking near the front door and having to walk through it. But, that is minor.

The staff are truly amazing. Very helpful, friendly, and seem to enjoy their jobs. The room was clean, nice, and roomy. There is a laundry room available, which was so helpful as I had to extend my stay. The snack options are great, and they have paper plates and plastic utensils upon request. They really do whatever they can to make you comfortable.

The beds are very hard, but not any worse than any other hotel I've stayed at. I could hear the person in the next room snoring, so the walls are thin, but overall, the facility was pretty quiet.

The location was amazing right next to the mall and loads of eating choices. The room was clean and comfortable.

That there were no utensils or plates etc in the room .They were for sale In the lobby.

This is a new property so it was very clean and updated. I liked the full refrigerator, microwave and the coffee maker. The staff was excellent. I had been to other hotels in this area that have staff that behave like you were bothering them and chose to always do the bare minimum. The staff here were attentive and I even saw them do much of the cleaning around the lobby.

An unfortunate side effect of being in Washington state is the frequent use of marijuana. Expect to have plenty of bad whiffs unless you like the smell.
