The hostess was very kind and friendly. We had arrived much later than expected but she was considerate about our situation. The location is outstanding and the decor of the rooms was quite charming. The breakfast had a good variety and was very filling. Room was clean and had a comfy bed.

Though it is not a negative point, but there are no restaurants at walkable distance from the property, so it would be nice if there were some provision for food at the property. Also, the bathroom lacks ventilation.

Very friendly and caring service. The lady managing the place, caring for guests comfort was of stunning personality. A real beauty inside out, with exceptional beautiful hair, styled to perfection. She was communicative and open minded in a friendly way. She had the gift to make guests feel comfortable in her presence.

No complaints whatsoever, a place I will remember and hopefully visit one day soon again.

Inge is a lovely, good humoured and affable host. The hotel is utterly charming. We were very comfortable and relaxed here. The room was spacious, clean and delightfully homely. Bed was very comfortable. We had a glorious balcony where we could smoke. Breakfast every morning was delicious and filling. The surrounding area is absolutely glorious... perfect motorcycling countryside. Flora and fauna all splendid. I'd absolutely stay here again.

Everything was lovely.

Friendly staff. The location is good even if it is close to a road. The surrounding is beautiful and there are many hiking trails nearby. The breakfast was good and the amount is more than enough. It is also possible to take create a sandwich and take it for hiking with no extra cost.

Very minor things that is not so disturbing and depends on a person. If you want to have a dinner you have drive a bit to find a restaurant but generally all fine.

Very friendly host, who was a delight to talk with. Beautiful location, pristine surroundings. The rustic feel of the rooms makes you feel like you travelled back in time. And also an exceptionally good breakfast spread.

The lack of ventilation of the toilets was a problem.

The pension is located a little remote with walking paths directly into the forest. the landlady was friendly and kind. breakfast was served with a smile and good coffee.

There was some confusion with communication with the property owner via booking.com. I had informed the property in advance via booking.com app that we had a dog and that we would like to stay one night less. the owner was not aware of this information, which was strange as I had received a reply that both requests were noted and ok. the payment for the third night is however deducted from my credit card and I ve been unable to date to get in contact with booking.com to be reimbursed.

We had a lovely stay at Bernreutehof. The host is the loveliest person, she makes sure you have a wonderful stay. The breakfast is amazing with so many local products. We were there for the Easter Holidays and she surprised all her guests with a traditional German cake and some chocolate eggs. We will definitely come back!

The guesthouse was very nice, beautiful location very quiet the lady was nice and helpful even if she didnt know english

Most of the restaurants are closed by 6 pm or maybe 8 pm and because the location is remote it can be very limiting
