I recently had the pleasure of staying at Ridos Hotel and Spa and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I stepped foot into the hotel, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the staff. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with modern and stylish decor that creates a soothing and relaxing atmosphere. The room I stayed in was spacious, clean, and well-appointed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing me with a restful night's sleep. One of the highlights of my stay was the dining experience at the hotel's restaurant. The buffet offered a wide variety of delicious dishes, expertly prepared with fresh and high-quality ingredients. The presentation of the food was impeccable, and each bite was a burst of flavor. The service was attentive and friendly, making me feel like a valued guest. Overall, my experience at Ridos Hotel and Spa was nothing short of exceptional. The staff are cooperative and very gentile; they try to make my stay comfy as they can; I am very thankful for Mr. Jamal the manager, Mr. Ahmed on the front desk Cife. Mohammed and Rabiaa in the hotel restaurant and all the other workers in the hotel.

its a great gateway from the city. me and my wife enjoyed the spa and the thermal pools were refreshing. the hotel look vintage and beautiful. a day is enough for a couple to enjoy the hotel facilities as well as visiting the nearby villages.

the toilets were very high that made it very uncomfortable using them.

This place is amazing and has wonderful facilities , very clean and organized, has surprisingly delicious food. I felt extremely safe and the whole staff was welcoming and always smiling Special thanks to Mr.Jamal, he went above and beyond and took extra care of me

Amazing location , comfortable stay

No irons available and Laundary facility is slow Waited hours to explain what we need and then another hour for the Laundary to come to take our clothes Very difficult to communicate if you don’t speak Arabic or Turkish

Everything is perfect, staff, facilities, accommodation, immaculate resort, I really enjoyed this fantastic hotel and the spa as well (Bali massage), the rooms are spotless. The staff is friendly, the sulfuric pool is unforgettable, and the magical view of the river and green mountains, I recommend this beautiful resort for all.

The variety of food, most of the dishes are repeated every day for breakfast and dinner, however, the taste is good.

Very nice staff. The general manager himself is welcoming and helping people. He gave me good rooms although I made a mistake in booking with no extra charges. The pools are a great experience. Foos is great also 🙏

People are welcoming us and help us. All staff are helpful and keep smiling. The most supportive thing is that there is alot of staff understanding arabic which is the perfect communication. The food was excellent 👌 The facilities was excellent
