Very beautiful hotel and high level of service. Comfortable huge bed, the best service .. Very tasty breakfasts which were included.( many kinds of cheese , fresh vegetables, olives, very tasty bread and of course, Turkish tea!) It's new hotel, only one year opened. Clean, full of light. Silence sleeping. Interior aroma. Shampoo and shower gel - new each day.

It's only one thing - distance from the center. We decided to go on foot, but it was 12 km from center. But it's not a too big problem, cause you can order taxi with a help of manager or go by city- bus - the bus stop is nearby 100 metres from a hotel. Called " Fabrikasi Çayesi "- Tea Factory

The breakfast is not good at all. They offer very basic breakfast and they start seeing other different meals with breakfast which I believe not ethical

The hotel is new, clean , the mountain view is amazing , the location is very good .

The pillow is not as per hotel standard its hard, it is good if you sleep in your side. There is no hotel parking , you park at the road side.

Very clean and helpful staff. We were upgraded with little difference in terms of price. The housekeeping were fast in providing different needs. The room was spacious and the toilet was very clean. The breakfast was amazing.
