We had such a great stay at Grand464 Otel in Rize! The hotel surprised us with its huge, modern, and very clean rooms — so much space to relax and feel comfortable. The breakfast was another highlight: every morning there was a wide selection of dishes, and it changed daily, which made it always exciting and fresh. The location is also perfect, right in the center of Rize, so everything you need is just a short walk away. Between the comfort, the variety at breakfast, and the convenience of the location, this hotel really delivers on all fronts. We highly recommend Grand464 Otel and will definitely choose it again when visiting Rize.

They could accommodate my family of 5 on one big suite , instead, they insisted on booking both the suite and another room that we paid for and didn't end up use it really. we stayed in the big suite

I have been in several hotels in Rize, but this hotel is much better in all respects and for less money. For example, this hotel does not have stairs from the entrance door to the reception, so you don't have to lift your luggage to the reception. Breakfast is more varied. The room itself is larger and the furniture has been more carefully looked after (the renovation cannot be called "new", but at least everything works and looks normally). I will say separately about the staff. A hotel employee went with me to a separate parking lot to help me find it (it is a few minutes' drive from the hotel) - there were no free spaces near the hotel.

The fan in the bathroom is very loud and turns on with the light.

The room was very spacious and the bed was big and comfortable - it was a king bed. Location of the hotel was great - walking distance to the city center. Breakfast was very good - fairly big selection of food. We thought it was good value for money. Parking was in front of the hotel and looks to be limited number of spaces - we parked a couple of hundred meters away prior to check in and left our car where it was instead of trying to navigate the narrow streets to the front of the hotel and that was no issue.

Great place to stay, very clean and efficient. Excellent buffet breakfast, too! We were very lucky that Yasmin was on reception every day of our stay.. what a friendly, efficient, and helpful person to welcome guests!

Wonderful location, perfect service. The breakfast is varied and suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

They provide a stove in the room, but no dishes except for tea/coffee cups :) However, the cutlery is available in the buffet.

Located in the very heart of the city, easily accessible, the staff is very friendly and helpful, the room was great, with a very comfortable king size bed and one single bed in the other room, also has great armchairs to relax. Very good breakfast. We loved staying at the hotel and would definitely come back!

Very clean and the staff is super helpful and kind. We had many suitcases and they helped us with it. Breakfast is very good. The location is also perfect and in the heart of the city. Everything is close to you. I loved my stay. My family loved their stay too. I strongly recommend it.
