Abdul Ghani among the staff was quite supportive and helpful. The location was perfectly placed and so was the bungalow. The views are breathtaking and can't be captured through the camera. They have electric and manual heaters and it was helpful in the cold night.

Breakfast was poorly served and not a buffet, This was not at all mentioned in the booking. The road to it is bumpy and scary. Luckily, I drove in sunlight however, it would have been dangerous at the time of fog and rain. Temperatures go as low as 7 & 8 even in July so better come prepared with jackets and sweaters to enjoy the views else you will have to be locked in the room only.

Exceptional service, Abdulghani was nothing but a delight. He helped us with everything we needed. Honestly, if we had any issues or discomfort, he managed it immediately and swiftly. Thank you very much Mr. Abdulhgani. The view ia amazing. The weather is cold as expected. The wifi was unexpectedly very fast. I watched a live football game with high resolution. The way to the resort is enjoyable, although i would recommend going during daytime and clear sky, avoid the fog. Keep in mind that you need to get whatever you need before going up. No grocery stores or any of the kind up there. The perfect place for contemplation and relaxation.

The ambience is amazing specially for those who needs to have a good break from the noisy city life, they have extremely professional staff who are very welcoming , helpful and understanding to our needs the 2 gentlemen Abdulghani and Amr at the reception are doing their best to make our life so easy which is really important specially when you consider staying at some place at the mountains apart from the city..i will definitely try to stay there again

The exceptional experience of being above clouds. It was my father’s birthday and I searched the entire world for an experience that meets my standards for dining and cake cutting above clouds. This was an exceptional experience for us. Loved the comfort and hospitality. Ghani, the resort staff was hands down an amazing hospitable person. Thank you Flora. Your staff should get a raise!!!

Everything, my stay was beyond expectations, a very big thanks to Mahmoud who was very nice and helpful and a big thanks to the hotel manager I forgot his name :), we ordered lunch from their menu and asked to be served in our room to enjoy the amazing experience ( 100 turkish lira extra) and it was worth every single penny !! The view is just amazing, the smell of the wood, the cottage was very neat and clean! Also the internet was fast.

-I recommend to have 4*4 car just in case if the main road is closed which we experience that and we go with alternative way that was very dangerous !! Also you need to have full tank gas for your car. -Dishes, ( kitchen tools not available).

The place is a heaven, Mr. Fatih is a real gentleman he provides continuous support and the staff are so friendly and responsive. Hint: Text the hotel before you drive to get the exact location.

exceptional experience, the view is amazing and staff are very friendly. breakfast is very good, if anyone want to be far from the city and just relax between the green nature , this hotel is recommended. the way to reach the hotel is not easy (difficult) and must be reached before 7pm... but the view is amazing and worth it

the hotel is very far from city, you should bring all what you need with you, the room doesn't have the kitchen supplies needed. there is a restaurant in the hotel but you will need much more than is available in the hotel. the toilets are small.
