Very very friendly staff, very quick to answer and bring you whatever you need, location is excellent as you can use it as a start point to make trips to Trabzon, Rize or Uzungol. Room was very clean, drinking water is available and it gets replenished free of charge, you can ask the staff for iron and they will bring it to your room. You can also ask the staff to call a taxi for you anytime. The hotel has a lift, it also has amazing views on the sea. Breakfast buffet had a lot of options and it was delicious. Definitely recommended.

Location is perfect to visit many places, you need a car. Hotel room was great, breakfast was amazing and the staff were truly great, specially Fatima Nour, what a smile she had every time you pass the reception area.

The Air conditioning of the entire hotel didn’t work for the entire length of our stay. However, owner offered to fully refund the payed amount if we wanted to leave. They also supplied electric fans.

The staff were really nice especially Jaleel (pronounced Celil in Turkish). He is super nice. The location is very good it is middle way between the airport and unzongol and aiders Breakfast nice view on a hill in which u can see the sea with a small garden Price wise very good

Fatema Nur at the reception and Jilly are wonderful. They are outstandingly caring and helpful. I really loved the way they welcome guests and the attention they put in welcoming guests. They do all they can to make you feel home. The rooms are super spacious, gloriously superb and with amazing views. The rooms and the level of the service far exceeded my expectations. The breakfast and the attentive service are outstanding.
