Everything really good in the facility and whatever you miss anything be sure they will do the best as possible. Location is very near to Uzungol lake and in the way to Sultan Murat, strategic location in this area. Mr. Ali is very supportive and cooperative. He always think about the guests and try to do the best for guest and you can realise that he always put guest satisfaction and needs on his top priority. I had a problem with a rental car in Trabzon as they gave me a car with multiple troubles, he support me the whole day to speak to the company and other connections to return or replace it and he faced many troubles because of his action, but he insist to solve it and be patient with car rental company owner and went with me to Trabzon next day to return it and found a better car for me. This situation is a proof of his ownership and supportive behaviours.

Walking distance to village grocery stores and local restaurant, ample parking, good country style breakfast. New apartment, everything works well. Owner stays at the same building and always ready to support. My family really liked the village around, good for long walks but beware of steep roads.

Just keep in mind that hotel located in mountain village with narrow and steep access road, good driving skill required.

We visited Erdem Apart otel with my friend and it was the best experience in Turkey so far. Host and his family are the loveliest people and host is the best chef! Food he prepared for us was better than in any restaurant. The nature around hotel is so beautiful. It's the best view around Uzongol. I would recommend this place to anyone. Hopefully will be able to come back there one day :)

During my stay at the Erdem Apartment hotel, Ali was a fantastic host. He went above and beyond to make sure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Excellent internet connection, ideal for digital nomads , the table in the apartment for an amble size for two laptops and two monitors. Quiet and peaceful with amazing views, Ali and family were wonderful hosts and we were very comfortable.

A breakfast buffet consists of a long table or counter where guests can serve themselves various items. a sweet water melon is available. we can get cold water anytime we want on their fridge. we can have tea and coffee anytime we want on the lobby of the hotel. .

we need to walk down to buy and eat in one restaurant in their small market.

Up on the mountains, clean hotel room, wow owner, big room, in summer season this price is wow

Open the windows n u c graveyard, curtains should be dark it is so transparent that at 6 am it feels like 11Am
