Great location, very good, tasty and varied breakfast. The rooms were clean. A good option to stay for a few days.

All the amentities are fresh and working properly, the room is equipped with all the useful little things too. Friendly and very helpful staff! Beautiful breakfasts. Perfect location.

The twin room was rather small for one traveler, would be a problem for two. And the price is very high due to the high season in Rize I guess.

The location was right in the middle of the city centre and you are surrounded by shops and restaurants. The room had good air conditioning, was spacious, and the bathroom was clean!

There aren't any free parking spaces, but it isn't expensive. Also there is no elevator to bring your bags to the lobby, but the people there will help (:

Good location. You can feel and see the hustle and bustle of Rize from your balcony. Parking service is available 🙏 and it was very necessary. The breakfast was very good, you could enjoy the wide range of Turkish cuisine. Every member of the staff was very friendly.

First room that I got smelled like a cigarettes, It was impossible to stay there, very stinky. The moment I told them about it, the switched the rooms and it was solved literally in 5 minutes.

no vallet parking no dedicated parking for the hotel, and it’s a crowded area, so you might have some issues if you are having your own car

The staff especially Hassan and Hussain at the reception were so welcoming and so friendly and kind. The location was so great everything is available down stairs. Bought sim card next door. The hotel was said to be quiet and clean . Great breakfast included.

No thing at all

The location close to all the placed we like to visit. The room although on the small side was adequate for us. Staying in a room was overlooking the street was interesting. Breakfast spread was good and offered a wide variety.

The hotel is centred in the middle of this beautiful city. The boutique hotel is a quality residence, the staff are wonderful and everyone went out of their way to be happy and obliging. Even sending my computer cord by courier after I left it in the room. The breakfast has to be seen to be believed even rivalling 4 or 5 star establishments where the nightly cost might be much higher.

Everything was perfect

The hotel is located in the city centre close to shops, banks, cafes etc. Rooms have everything you need including TV, air conditioner, hair dryer, kettle. Breakfast is served on the terrace with amazing view. Staff is very friendly and can speak English. I had a great time while staying there.

Sometimes there was some smell in the bathroom.
