Excellent hotel.! Very friendly and helpful reception staff. Also excellent house keeping staff! Comfortable rooms with beautiful sea view. Slightly out of the city. Shuttle service to the city would make a lot of difference. Breakfast quality should be a lot better! Especially bread, cheese, butter and vegetables should be better quality in this region anyway. In the restaurant, staff should be trained better, they looked unprofessional. Head of the restaurant wasn’t friendly and helpful, she didn’t welcome any criticism or feedback. I am sure you will improve until my next visit. I can’t wait to come back.

Waking up to beautiful Black Sea view! My room was very comfortable in the first night. I can’t say the same for the second night in city view room ( it was my wrong choice by the way). Industrial estate just next to the hotel makes everything to ruin although sun setting was beautiful to watch.

The Hotel is very beautiful with excellent facilities and kids like it. The breakfast area is big and nice. The indoor swimming pool is very nice. The area of the rooms is sufficient and the facilities are nice. Reception friendly.

The staff truly indicate the values of Rize. Excellent hospitality and super friendly staff (which you do not get usually get in other parts of Turkey). Special thanks to Huseyin from the reception for his outstanding support and willingness to help/guide. Overall Rize is an excellent place if you are looking to stay away from the hustle and bustle of city life.

Extremely poor breakfast. Unfortunately, every single day, its the same menu which itself is not much. 70% of the menu is cheese (you can imagine). Unfortunately, we stayed hungry all mornings.

Stinginess regarding number of bottle of water, strictly only 2 bottled each room , make no sense compared room your paying for room. I had 2 unites for family suits .I ended up buying from supermarket
