Spotlessly clean and fully renovated rooms, all facilities were working properly, and we had a huge balcony with the sea view. The staff was very hospitable and eager to help, we enjoyed speaking to each of them, either it was a cleaning lady, or staff in the restaurant, or lovely receptionists. What has to be mentioned separately is the breakfast - variety of options can satisfy any requirements. I absolutely loved the place and can recommend it to anyone who seeks a good price for quality balance, and is ready to be positively surprised with the choice.

There's nothing to complain about

Breakfast was very good, with a great selection of fresh fruit. The staff were polite and helpful, especially the ladies in the restaurant, who were always kind and smiling while preparing our coffee. The Wi-Fi connection was strong throughout our stay. We appreciated the room with the large balcony. That said, the room itself felt a bit small for a family of four. The free massage chair was a pleasant surprise, I was so impressed I noted the manufacturer's name. A really nice extra. The outdoor space at the hotel is excellent, and the swimming pool was perfect for the kids, they spent hours there. There's a supermarket about five minutes away on foot, where we picked up drinks, wine, and food. Another thoughtful touch was the water station just outside the room, with both still and sparkling water and a glass jar provided in-room. Well done on that.

You have to pay 5€ per towel to use at the swimming pool, which is quite expensive for a family of four. We ended up buying towels at a nearby store and used them throughout our 5-day stay. The room size was just enough for four people, but it felt tight. The air conditioning worked, but it didn’t cool the room as much as expected, it should allow a lower temperature setting.

The hotel far exceeded our expectations. We spent five wonderful days there at the end of June 2025. We travel a lot, but this hotel offered the best value for money of all the hotels we have stayed in. It charmed us, our parents, and our teenage daughter and son with his girlfriend. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. We arrived at the hotel in the morning and were given our rooms just after noon, rather than at 4 p.m. The pool was never crowded, and the beach (which was not crowded in June) is just a few steps away. The rooms are clean and cozy. The breakfasts were delicious. I highly recommend it.

The hotel offers really good price/quality ratio. The breakfast is varied as you can choose from plenty of pastries, fruits and savory foods. The best coffee I have had in a hotel buffet (tried macchiato and cappuccino). The location is close to the beach - just across the street. If you’re with your car you can park either at the hotel or in the street - no issues. From the reception we learned about a restaurant near by - Tiki Taka - totally recommend. We spent few afternoons around the pool - clean, not crowded during our stay, also has snack bar. We were in a room with sea view on the higher floors. The room was cleaned daily.

The room got a bit dusty, despite daily cleaning, yet not a big issue.

Nice hotel, easy to get to, located close to the beach. It has a paid private parking, but there is also free parking across the street. Great and helpful staff, they assisted us with tips and tricks and recommendations of what to do and where to go out. Quick and easy check-in process. There is a play room for small children next to the reception and also a playground in the courtyard. Our room was clean and spacious enough to fit our family of four. The buffet breakfast was great and diversified. Rimini old city center is a nice walk, about 30 minutes away.

The family rooms are newly renovated, especially the bathroom with walking-in big shower has to be mentioned. Not spacious, but enough space for 2 adults with 2 kids. Actually, you only sleep there and use the bathroom. The WiFi was a bit weak as our room was at the edge of the building. The location was close to many good restaurants, the main beach you needed to take the ferry to cross the harbor, but as we stayed a long time at the beach with the kids, it was no big problem. The beach at Rimini is huge, the sand is free of stones (only some shells from the ocean) and you can walk a long way into the water due to its shallowness.

The only small thing we need to mention was the breakfast, not so many choices. But for us sufficient enough.

Staff are really great; very helpful and friendly. Breakfasts are excellent and plentiful.

Noise: The soundproofing, if it exists, does not work we were disturbed by lots of noise from furniture being dragged around and loud neighbours on adjoining balconies - even with our doors and windows closed. Air Con: We needed Air Con during the night and assumed it was broken - we didn’t think it was worth reporting at 1am. We didn’t realise it had been turned off because it was September. We reported the next day and it was switched on for us but by then we had already lost a nights sleep which spoiled our plans for day. Info in the room would have helped!! Everything dies down in this place in September- such a shame!!

The room was huge very clean with a big bath. The structure is very nice and in a quiet posh place in front of modern port of rimini. Staff very very kind and available for any request, in particular francesco and aurora supertop. Francesco's cappuccino amazing!!!! The beach associated, Turquoise, very posh and for 16 euro only.

Cost of parking is too high, 15 euro x night too much. Plenty of rude childs and parents, mainly foreigners. If you do not like screaming kids and mute parents, it is not your place.

Great location close to downtown and sea. Staff is very kind and helpful, parking is inside the hotel yard for 10€. The bed is very comfortable. Best feature of this hotel is the breakfast which was non plus ultra. You don't see such a great choice even in 5 star hotels: fruits, veggies, several kinds of bread, cheese, nutella, jams, honey, pistachio creme and so on. We travelled in the winter so the price was reduced for offseason. Absolutely great value for money, definitely recommended.

Everything was OK.

Clean, beautiful room. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff were great as well, since the room was cleaned every single day. It was a pretty good location as well, since the bus stop was very close, as well as a bunch of restaurants and cafés, as well as a small shop. We also got upgraded to a better room with sea view, which was very sweet and made a great first impression. The hotel also has a gorgeous terrace which is great to chill in. Other than that, the bed was comfy, everything was working as it's supposed to and we had a pleasant stay overall.

- the breakfast was pretty much the same every day, which is to be expected, but the pies (which made up 1/4 of the whole breakfast bar) were quite bad and didn't taste well at all. - the bus stop near the hotel has just one bus which stops there, so you have to plan your time carefully as this bus goes once or twice every hour, and only until 20:00 in the evening:( - the balcony was a bit outdated and had run-down plastic chairs in it. - the wifi in our room (4 th floor) didn't work most of the time - it kept disconnecting or not loading anything at all.
