The location and it's off the main strip. We love the exterior doors, and check-in and check out is so easy. We always stay here when we come to Branson.

This time, we had no place to park our truck. We had a room in the front on the bottom, and by the time we got back to the motel, there were no parking spots. That has never happened. So we had to make our own spot beside the motel. When you have a long truck, it's hard to put it just anywhere. That was the only frustrating part about our stay this time.

The decor was modern and well decorated. 2 of the 3 beds were very comfortable. There were 2 bathrooms, which was very much appreciated for our family of 5. The pool was big enough for all of us and a few other guests as well.

The oven in the kitchenette did not heat up. Also, the 3rd bed, which was a sofa bed would have been so much more comfortable with an additional piece of 3 inch foam added each night; something that could have been easily rolled up during the day when the sofa was being used as a sofa. The location was a little far from all the action in Branson.

The rooms were very clean. My friend and I got the suite and it was amazing. It comes with a fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer and a full size fridge. We absolutely loved the stay. They had board games and card games you could take to your room to play. The people were very nice. They always greeted us and made sure we were happy!

Wish there was some kind of breakfast like fruit, prepackaged pastry or muffins.

Awesome friendly staff. Beautiful rooms with lots of outlets for electronics. Off a main road so very quiet.

No smoking on the property at all which was great for me but for the smoker in our group it was hard to find a place to smoke especially with a rental vehicle that was also non smoking. Other than that the place was awesome

Mike was incredibly helpful before we even arrived. He called to talk us through arrival procedures and helped us know some good choices for dinner. We went to his family's favorite noodle shop and now it's our favorite noodle shop! So delicious! Be sure to stop at Carly's Healthy Cuisine for at least one meal during your stay! The rooms are comfortable and clean.

We liked everything!

Clean, comfortable room with 2 double beds. TV, coffeemaker and refrigerator in room. There were a couple of snacks waiting for us in the room. Close to SDC. No room card to keep track of, code lock on door

No microwave in the room. We were upstairs on the front side (no elevator) and had to walk downstairs and around the back of the building to warm up leftovers in the only microwave in the ice/vending room. No breakfast, but there are a few snack items in the office.

Highly recommended if you're just stopping for sleep and don't need lots of extras. We arrived later than we anticipated and my cell coverage had dropped, but the owner/manager came down anyway and got us checked in with no issues. We stayed in one of the newly renovated rooms. Laminate wood floors and wall paneling, plenty of table space above desks/drawers for your stuff, good mattresses, good mirror. Everything clean. Sink is outside the bathroom with the shower/bath combo and toilet, so that made it easier to get moving in the morning with the family. There's no breakfast but you can grab coffee and a small snack to get yourself started. There's also a furnished room next to the check in area that's open during the day if you want a place to sit and read or work on your laptop.

In our room there was no auto setting on the A/C so it's either always on or off. If that matters to you.

Staff was incredibly nice. We used the pool every day we were there. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Beautiful deck out back that we as a family utilized. Also a welcoming great room. The only down side was the bathrooms are small but the pressure in the shower makes up for it. Overall I would 10 out of 10 recommend. In fact I've already booked out next stay with them.

Small bathroom

My mother wasn't feeling well when we arrived and they quickly moved my parents to a downstairs room so she did not have to go up and down stairs. No questions asked or attitude about the change even though they were almost full. The entire time the staff checked on us and made sure we had everything we needed!

I cannot find anything that I disliked really. Only thing was two of our rooms had ceiling fans but my sister's room didn't. The only other thing I could suggest is having a breakfast option. Otherwise, this place was great!

The owners/staff were so kind and welcoming. The facilities clean and comfortable. Loved the keyless entry! No breakfast, no problem! After a few days of hotel breakfast food, we welcomed the lovely breakfast, beautiful view, and laid back atmosphere of Steamy Joe’s, just a hop skip and a jump away. Discount from the hotel was an added bonus. Best breakfast we’ve had out, for a long time. And then, the Showboat Branson Belle was a great finish to our trip. We aren’t the Carters on the sign, but we were celebrating 40 years of wedded bliss.

Nothing negative to say. Everything was super.
