Over all a very good property , should have better options in breakfast , specially for Vegetarians. The staff was very very friendly specially Shesale and Lamia

Great location , big territory for a walk and relaxation. Rooms are clean. Big option at breakfast. And great management at the restaurant with a big option of choices for local food and international food for a very good prices. Spa and wellness very clean under a good management. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Our visit crossed with national Novruz holiday so we have been a witness of a national show with a big buffet of sweets at the open terrace. I really recommend it for family’s because of the indoor and out doors playgrounds.

This is five star hotel so I provide my views on this basis: Extra bed is not comfortable, this is paid service. No enough blankets supplied in the cottage. Bed room was designed as twin beds (two bed boards available with a gap in between having power outlets!) Temperature reached - 8 C with moderate to heavy snow, heaters in cottage are unable to keep rooms warm. Called reception, technician came to adjust but still issue persists. Telephone in bed room cannot reach reception. We used the other in living room and it works. Breakfast was crowded, staff seem cannot control it. We were not guided to a designated table for us, instead we have to go and choose any table. Tea big pot finished and taken away. Waited for 10 minutes but not filled back.

Excellent hotel to stay in Gabala, I would certainly stay there again if visiting in the future. Really enjoyed our stay. The family suite was huge, royally decorated, sofas and beds were clean and very comfortable. Bathroom was also clean and provided with enough supplies/toiletries etc. My children were very happy with the stay and facilities like indoor heated swimming pool. Breakfast spread was also good with a lot of options for vegetarians.

cannot think of anything that I did not like, it was just exceptionally good stay for us.

We travel along with our 3 kids so we have booked 2 executive suits. Suite size was quite good and bigger than our expectations. Very quite and clean. Bathroom was supperb and with all amenities. Coffee shop, sports hall, reception area, breakfast everything was 5 star. Staff received us with smiling face at all the corner of the hotel. Location was quite decent and scenic. We enjoyed our stay.

The corridors outside the room were noisy, the doors are not sound proof, lots of noise of people moving and talking in the corridor , this was disturbing

The facilities are amazing. The massage at the spa was the best I have had so far, especially by masseuse Saleh. The location was nice and the mountain view was such a treat (thanks for the upgrade). The breakfast was delicious and fresh. The room service was quick and the rooms were clean. The gym was well-kept and the pool looked tempting despite the cold. The only minor issue was that the bed were a bit uncomfortable. Otherwise everything was perfect for a relatively good price.

Good and beautiful property with a nice view of the mountains from the rooms well maintained the kids play area is an add on to the comfort if you plan to enjoy a drink with your kids enjoying in there den at the same time.

The cottages in the property needs more lighting in there path. A minor turn off at the time of checking out was requested for couple of water bottles to which the staff replied on the day of check out you have to pay for it even when it was like early morning.

Hotel Restaurant staff needs some more learning on how to deal with customer. The chef sprinkled more salt on our chicken bbq but staff and chef kept insisting that it was not. The staff and chef tasted from our dish.

The hotel layout is amazing with the bungalows in the back and the main hotel building in the front. The cleanliness, the staff and the service was good. It was a bit far from the main attractions like the cable car and the boulevard but because of that the resort was quite with no or few people around. The room size was also good and not too small. When we asked for an extra bed in one of the rooms they happily provided it for free. They also provided additional blankets with a smile and no charge.

The breakfast wasn't that great but due to the live egg station it wasn't a total waste. The bungalows look old and there were few maintenance issues. For example the water flow and the temperature in the bathroom was okay when we entered the property but after using it for a few minutes the flow died down and the water wasn't heating up. We had to call the maintenance guy and he fixed it. So, few issues but overall the stay was pleasant and comfortable.
