The hotel is inside the historical centre, it is very clean, the room has a safe. Beautiful view of the sunset from our windows!

Alessio , the receptionist, was exceptionally helpful both on check in through to check out. He is a superb.

Church bells were very noisy in the early morning.

Excellent place in an intact renaissance town. We planned for three days and made to five. Value for money! Very attentive and friendly staff, from reception to cleaning.

Gubbio is incredible. The hotel was marvelous. Staff recommended wonderful local restaurant. We loved our stay.

Drunk singing German tourists. Don't know where they were staying but their voices rang off the city's stone walls. Not the hotel's fault!

Location and it was good to have rooms that accommodated 2 adults and 2 teenagers comfortably

Breakfast was mediocre.

The staff was very kind, they showed us an alternative for the usual parking place. The breakfast was good, we had to order everything in advance. The view from the room was nice.

It is very difficult to reach the hotel by car. The parking place is near the hotel, so it’s better to leave the car there and walk to the hotel with your luggage. The room was no too big, and it was noisy, you could hear the watersystem of the nearby rooms. It was also rumurous at night, with people entering the hotel late at night.

Great location in a beautiful medieval town, staff were very friendly and helpful, lovely views and very close to everything.

The central location, the attentive staff. and the moderate price of a hotel in a very beautiful place make one wish to come back sooner.

The location was excellent- near the bus, central to everything. The staff was accommodating.

The bed and pillows were a little hard.
