We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Croatia! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it a great place to relax after a day of exploring. The staff were always friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. Our kids especially loved the pool — they spent most of their time there and had so much fun. The location is fantastic, just steps away from the sea, which made beach visits incredibly easy and enjoyable. Overall, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, perfect for a relaxing family vacation. We'd definitely love to come back!

Our stay ay Riva Kaštela was amazing! Our flight arrived at 7:00 and check in wasn’t until 15:00. When we arrived at the hotel, we bought an extra breakfast and after that we could stay at the pool (which was so private and cute, everything was clean and comfortable). By the time we were there, I was 32 weeks pregnant and the weather was reallt hot for me. Antonija, the administrator was amazing! She was so kind and told us 12pm that we could do an early check-in. Also they uprgaded our room and I was so happy about it, I even cried. I felt like this hotel and staff really cared about my wellbeing. All of the time we were there, everyone was so polite, truly happy and we felt really welcomed. Also we loved the room to the sea view (sea was 50m from hotel) with a big balcony. It was so relaxing. And the bed was amazing! After our stay we left to Split and everyday missed Riva Kaštela hotel and this areas calmness.

The receptionist was very helpful, especially when a pair of trunks we had hung on the balcony to dry ended up in the pool! The selection at breakfast was excellent. The rooms were clean and the bed’s comfy.

The hotel lacked any atmosphere, possibly because there were very view people staying there and it’s very new. They don’t offer evening food or a bar and we could only find one place open nearby, which was very pleasant. They charge €38.00 to arrange a taxi to the airport which I feel is expensive given the distance and that they advertise airport transfers which is why we booked and I thought they would be included in the price!!

The hotel had clearly been renovated to a very high standard, everything was brand new. Our room was immaculate and had all facilities needed for an enjoyable stay. The shared sun terrace was huge with comfy sun furniture and an amazing view of the sea. Breakfast was excellent with a large choice of options, we filled up before our flight home. All staff were polite, friendly and helpful. Ideally located close to the airport which meant a quick 5 minute journey on the morning we flew home. The hotel is located right on the beach front with access to local bars, restaurants and supermarkets. We would definitely recommend it to others and would return for another stay.

The only thing we would say is that the hotel name has not been changed on google maps so when our taxi driver was trying to find the hotel it kept wanting to take us to a hotel with a different name which caused confusion in finding the hotel, this could do to be updated. Other than that it is a stunning hotel and we would definitely return for another stay.

Place is really amazing! I came just for few days for my birthday to enjoy landscape and sea. I was insanely surprised how beautiful area around, view, clean beach in 1 minute, pool and calm atmosphere. All stuff are very nice! Special greeting to guy who changed my room because I was not happy with view and absence of balcony ( sadly I don’t remember his name)! But all this details makes me enjoy my staying at this villa! I recommended 100

I booked room at this villa because on photos I saw this view out of balcony. But sadly when I got checked in my room I didn’t met the requirements from photos. There was no balcony but kinda terrace on ground floor with different view. Glad that kind young man changed my room on next day and I celebrate my birthday exactly how I imagined it

Great location close to the airport, very convenient when having to catch an early flight the next morning. Ample parking space and nice to relax at the pool, although there are only a limited number of sun beds available. It wasn't very busy at the hotel and we received a complementary upgrade to a deluxe room with sea view. Also had really nice dinner at the beach bar at the waterfront. Short, but great stay!

Some extra and a bit more comfortable sun beds would be nice.

What a find ! HOTEL Riva is a beautiful boutique hotel thats only 10 minutes drive from Split airport. The rooms are spotless with everything that you need for a more than comfortable stay .The staff at Breakfast were great , offering freshly made scrambled eggs every morning . On request on a hot day unmbrellas appeared at the pool . Nicolina on reception could not do enough to make sure all guests were made to feel welcome. She was so helpful with bus time tables and restaurants recommendations. We will definitely be back !

This hotel was booked because of its location near the airport. There's also near the Trogir UNESCO site which is a bonus. There is also a really nice restaurant 10 minute walk or 5 minute drive seaside. The beds one double and two singles would be fine for married couple with small children. Turns out the single beds were not normal size but rather kitty size as where the blankets so was not comfortable for me as an adult. That said we really like this hotel and grandkids enjoyed the pool.

Directly across the road from the beach. Quiet and relaxing hotel. All staff very helpful and friendly. More than happy to help with enquiries.

Nothing Breakfast served only, nil other catering amenities other than hot drink making facilities in room and a large fridge in reception selling drinks and snacks. This was fine for my needs but others may want a different set up.

This place is an amazing find. It's well-located, calm, clean, and has a staff willing to go above and beyond to assist. Highly recommended. They all speak excellent English, by the way. A special mention to the two young ladies at reception, one with an American accent and the other who helped us with the ferry booking. Kudos to the cleaning lady who left a knife and plates, without our even asking, as she had seen we'd bought a cake that needed slicing up.

Minor quibble: while breakfast was fabulous, the coffee was not all that great. Still, the option "coffee strong" on the machine was pretty decent.
