Wonderful apartments at the outskirts of Milan, an opportunity to feel at home. A small paradise of crystal cleanliness and clear organization, immersed in greenery, with parking and the ability to solve all additional issues directly with the host and get maximum services and relaxation. Around the paradise are scattered: metro stations, tram to Milan city centre, buses and exits to highways, shopping centers and other Italian amenities.

Simple, but overall comfortable b&B. The room was simply furnished but with all essentials. Room and bathroom large and very clean. The location is a bit far from the center of Milan but close to highway, so ideal for me as I was driving. In a free evening I also enjoyed a tram trip to the center (approx 1 hour) as the headline is walking distance. Good value for money.

Breakfast is very simple, and it can be improved, however coffee was good as well as juice.

Very clean appartment. Mr. Matteo was very friendly with very clear instructions about how to get to the location and the parking situation. Excellent breakfast - simple but more than enough for two people.

The room was great. All of the amenities were present. The room was clean and tidy for me when I arrived.

The only issue is that it can be hard to get to. You need to cross a busy roundabout to reach it. A bit far away from the nearest tram station.

I liked the breakfast. Very friendly staff. We arrived early and were checked into our room before the stated time. Which was very nice. Very warm in the room.

We had 2 bedrooms but one without airconditioning and that one was too warm

Very easy check in process. Very well explained . It does perfectly the job for a one night stay close to Milan to continue journey afterwards.

It is a very clean location, very close to the City Center of Milano. The rooms are big, with big beds and large tv. Un the bathroom we have found 4 towels of each type (face, body, hands), hygienic products for each member of the family. Rhe room has its own refrigerator and in the kitchen is another one, a little bigger. The coffee was excelent.

It' makes a lot of noise when the other clients use the door of the house.

The room is quite spacious, amenities in the room are good as well. Good value for money.

The most obvious is location as it is in the outskirts. However there is a tram line well connected by a 6-8min walk.

The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Host was very helpful.

Only minor negative was the property is close to a busy road with a bridge and during rush hour traffic the noise of traffic crossing the bridge could be herd. After peak hours the noise was very minimal.
