Poor breakfast, poor dinner ... I payed for dinner 12 Usd/ person in hotel and i got menu in restaurant with price for food arround 100 maledivian rupii = arround 6,5 dolars/person ( they told me that i can order 1 food) If i wanted lasagna for 180 rupii arround 12 USD, they told me not possible Taxi hotel price roundtrip 21,5 USD and in airport one way arround 80 maledivian rupii, govt price, arround 5 USD one way This isn't hotel for this money .. It was "the best surprise" mold toast at the breakfast, but it's not mistake this hotel but local restaurant ..

We stayed for 5 days at the hotel. The hotel management got in touch with us before arriving and made sure everything was ready. Overall the hotel room was satisfactory, although it did not accurately reflect the images presented online but it had all the basics that was needed to enjoy our stay. Staff were really friendly and pleasant, always ready to help, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. We had a small incident in our room and they immediately came to resolve the problem. They would speak to us and ask how our day/excursions went. They gave us information about excursions and recommended a local tour person who was extremely friendly and showed us around and catered to our needs. The hotel made sure our taxis were booked for our excursion and for the airport, they also provided us with a takeaway breakfast as we departed before breakfast time. Their buffet dinner was really tasty. Things I wish I knew were the following: 1. To lock the door when going out, ensure you press the button on the door knob from the inside and then close the door and it will be firmly locked. 2. To ensure regular room cleaning service when going out, leave the key at reception and this will be done for you before your arrival from outside. Overall, what made this place delightful were the location and the people including their friendliness, helpfulness and generosity.

I recently stayed at Rij Hotel in the Maldives, and it was a fantastic experience! Although the hotel is small, it is incredibly well organized and offers a cozy, welcoming atmosphere. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure all my needs were met. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hotel is conveniently located near Hulhumale Beach, making it easy to enjoy the stunning views and relaxing atmosphere. The hotel is located on the main street of Hulhumale. We took a taxi from the airport to the hotel, which cost 80 rupiah, they charged us 10 dollars. The hotel is small with wide enough rooms that have everything you need, drinking water, a kettle for hot water, tea, coffee. Furnishings are dated, but were clean upon check-in. The staff did not enter the room during our stay. The staff guys were smiling and kind. The hotel has a restaurant with delicious food and normal prices. The surroundings are full of shops, restaurants, a market, and the coastal promenade is behind the hotel.

Maybe clean the rooms during the stay, check for the lack of some sanitary materials. They told me that they have respect for the customers and I assumed that this is the reason why they don't intrude on the personal space of their guests.

they were renovating their kitchen so we had room service instead for breakfast. But no drink were provided. I have to make my own coffee from the room instead.

The staff were extremely accommodating and friendly! Our flight was delayed so we didn't get to the hotel until almost midnight but they were up waiting for us and made the check-in process as quick and easy as possible. We didn't have the right change to give the Taxi driver and the front desk attendant didn't hesitate in helping us give the right amount to the Taxi and gave us the remaining change the next morning as he didn't have it on hand but still helped us out! He went out of his way to help us, he carried our luggage up the stairs and even prepared a takeaway breakfast for us when we had to leave at 5am the next morning to catch the seaplane. He ordered us a local (and cheaper) taxi back to the airport to make our transfer as easy and comfortable as possible! Cannot speak highly enough of the friendly service, as they went far beyond what we were expecting to help us :) The room was very clean and inviting. The shower/hot water was great. The air conditioning was amazing. Exceeded expectations for the price.

The only thing I could say is that the bed was harder than I would have liked but I am a light side sleeper who prefers a very soft mattress so it may just be my opinion. But again for the price, it's what I would have expected.

Good location at 100m from the beach. Very friendly and polite staff, they offered transport from the airport to their location. Rooms with enough place for two persons but the pictures from booking are not really like real., good air conditioner. Good size bathroom with hot water. We booked for 7 days, not to much to do in Hulhumale and Male but they had great trips to other islands at good prices.

Furniture a bit old. No variety at breakfast, every day only eggs, beans and sausages.

We used the hotel for a one night stop over and it was ideal. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. The location is close to the beach and facilities and it’s easy to catch a bus or ferry into Male.

No issues really. It is a short work to some good restaurants - the ones immediately around the hotel do not appear as good or as varied - so well worth walking 10 or 15 minutes south along the coast to find more choices. Cannot comment on breakfast as we left very early for a flight.

Loved the location, close to airport and beach road with lots of nice options to eat and excellent transfers, staff were polite and helpful. Family room size was good. Hotel provided tea/coffee hairdryer and shampoo and shower gel. Air con was great, and beds comfy.

Smell from bathroom/drains. Shower took a long time to get warm. Had nice TV with lots of channels, but none worked, without payment. We had family room but small doubles, so didn't have a lot of space for two adults.

Coffee at the restaurant was exceptionally good. Restaurant staff was very courteous and attentive. Especially the reception staff at the hotel were very friendly. So thoughtful of them to serve packed takeaway B'fast at 5 a.m., before we left for the airport, which was a treatment I value as something the staff extended by heart. BRAVO ZULU !!! We enjoyed that breakfast after checking in.

Breakfast buffet was literally okay, yet could be improved by adding some juices and better prepared omelette.
