Staff were friendly, everything as advertised, spa area was excellent, warm pool, steam room and sauna, with tea and lounging area. Shuttle was often helpful although required us to phone or notify reception in advance so was less useful to us to return to hotel, as we had no way to make outgoing calls on our international mobile data package. We usually walked home (10 min). Accommodation was excellent, rooms were warm and well furnished, kitchen was well equipped. Overall a great stay.

Treatments (eg. massages) were expensive. Pool temperature was slightly warm but hot tub would have been great. Entire spa area closed early (8pm). Would have liked to have it open later so we could enjoy it after dinner. Perhaps a mid-week clean and restock of the apartment (toilet paper, towels) would be useful as we were there for 7 days and had to change towels at reception and fetch toilet paper from reception. The above did not greatly detract from our stay.

The room was clean and roomy, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a lovely view. We liked having 1978 restaurant on site, in the event we didn't have the energy to go "downtown" one night (get the garlic rosemary fries). The walk down the hill to the lift was easy, we stored all of our equipment at the Intersport at the lift so we didn't have to carry it back and forth -- storage was included if staying at Mountain Spa. Made everything super easy.

In this case, you get what you pay for perhaps? Mountain Spa wasn't the cheapest option for sure. It's also at the top of the mountain, away from town, so you have to be up for walking, which we were. I also asked some questions about going off-site for a day (we ended up in St Moritz) and no one seemed to have any ideas, I guess it makes sense that everyone just goes there to ski 24/7.

The shuttle service was fantastic and very friendly. This in combination with the Intersport ski depot was very convenient. The apartments are well-equipped and have a good atmosphere. Very friendly staff

Our rooms were next to the entrance of the Ski Locker room. Noisy late returns from Apres ski The bathroom was very small. It is hard to open the glass door of the shower. The light above the sofa was very low. Standing up from the sofa was a guarantee to hit your head against the ceiling light. Oversight of the wellness area. No one respects the rules and no one enforces them

The sauna and pool were beautiful. We loved using the sauna after a day of skiing. The shuttle was very convenient in the morning.

I didn't like the fact that there were signs outside the sauna stating "no bathing suits" allowed. I know that is European culture, but as Americans we just aren't used to that. It should be left up to the person whether they want to wear a bathing suit or go au natural. I shouldn't be made to feel like I am breaking the rules because I want to wear a bathing suit. Take down the signs and leave it up to the person.

Apartments are comfortable, well equipped, clean, and cozy, with big living room, fantastic to enjoy meals and evenings with family/friends. Spa area is nice, adults only. Pool is not Olympic size, but big enough even for swimming. Ski lockers have heaters. Pleasent staff, very helpful and responsive. Shuttle from the hotel to the Nassereinbahn ski lift in mornings/afternoons is super useful, means a lot.

Location 🥺 Would prefer if it is closer to the center, where shops and restaurants are. A small kiosk and bakery are 10-12 min walk from the hotel. However, location is not an issue when you travel by car. Pool area would have been perfect if it had had jacuzzi with warm water and bubbles 😊

The spa is amazing

Shuttle isn’t full time. But there are many busses once you learn it.

Lovely big apartments with all the pots and utensils you need to cook, and great appliances plus a coffee machine! The spa area was great, a big steam room and two big saunas and tea facilities. Nice pool with an outdoor area. Staff were super friendly and the shuttle service to the Nasserein lift was great. Loads of storage in the rooms and heated floors in the bathrooms and great big rain showers.

The only thing was sauna towels - they were given to us in the room (1 per person). It would've been great to have had fresh towels available in the sauna so you can get a clean one for the next day without having to go over to reception! :)

The room was absolutely perfect. Super roomy, comfortable and had everything we needed. It was comfortable enough for a group of 6 friends. The staff was super friendly and helped with everything we needed! They let us use the facilities even when we had checked out.

The location is Abit up hill and far from the main city. But getting by with buses and there is a shuttle going from the hotel to the loft

the location is a good 25 minutes walk from the centre of St Anton and although all downhill on the way there, walking back can be challenging. Nico is the van driver and very helpful, but does not ho all the way to St Anton and is only available at certain times
