Very good comfortable stay food had limited veg options but taste was good served hot phulka rotisserie for dinner room very good spacious bathroom very spacious along with bath tub very nice enjoyed our stay

The staff was continuously asking hotel booking payment receipt hard copy even when we showed them soft copy details on mobile then lastly one staff was polite enough to convey next day that they have checked computer details and yes our payment is confirmed We had already done online payment before starting the trip also messaged property pls check and revert back Instead of checking at their end they were doubting about us We are not cheaters

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The rooms are clean and well equipped. We had a great view of the pool. The water was clean and the pool is great for relaxing. We were very positively surprised by the breakfast. The buffet offered a wide selection of Indian and international food. The reception was very committed and fulfilled all of our wishes. The service was excellent and it was fun to eat at the hotel and receive first-class service from the waiters Aruli, Israel and Sumit.

However, we were occasionally bothered by smoke as leaves were being burned near the spa. The location is a bit away from the centre. You have to go 15 minutes by TukTuk.

The Breakfast was very good.

I reach pondicherry at 5:00 AM. While booking i had specifically requested that i would be checking in early. The staff tried to charge me Rs.1500/- for early check in, even while it was a weekday and most of the rooms were available. After a bit of confusion, and time, the staff permitted me to check in without any additional charges.

Indian breakfast was very good. But of you are westerner then Indian breakfast is not what you really like. For us Westerners the quality of the bread and the jam was American quality, means very bad. This is strange because Auroville with its fantastic bakery is near and also many good jams are available in the supermarkets in Auroville.

It was a very pleasant stay, the room we stayed was very big and good aesthetics. Balcony Sitout was very nice to have.

Room should have had a small fridge/bar setup.

Everything over there was as per liking .

The location was given as pondicherry but in reality it was in tamilnadu , this was a bit of a bummer.

Food needs some serious improvement

Clean rooms, helpful staff, decent spread for the buffet at breakfast. Restaurant food is fabulous. The highlight for us was the swimming pool.
