Breakfast was continental as usual. The location was great for the event we attended

The upgrade price were different upon arrival. I talked with the hotel directly and was given a price, check in it increased almost a hundred dollars. The commode was entirely to low for adults also the sofa was too low.

I always enjoy staying very clean and comfortable

The night front desk person locked me outside and I told him I didn't have the key he slammed the door and locked it I had to walk to the front entrance and I was very scary for a woman to walk all alone in the pitch black through the parking lot I knocked on the door and I know he heard me he was close to the door just ignored my knock on the door.

It was a nice property for the area and it was a good rate and convenient right off the interstate. Everything was clean and worked.

The only issue that I feel needed to be addressed was the staff, they were friendly but not very attentive. We waited for 10 minutes to check out and when I asked about breakfast the lady was on her phone and just pointed to a hallway and said “I don’t know just ask the guy in the hall way,” who was sitting there on his phone.

Really liked the room. Was very clean and comfortable. Very nice size. Bed was very nice and had a good night sleep. A/C worked wonderfully! The floor was quiet and was not disturbed by other guests walking down the halls.

Shower curtain was not put on properly but I was able to fix it. Ice machine was out of order so we had to buy ice from a store. Only 1 working elevator and it was VERY slow. Breakfast was not that great. I was expecting a real hot breakfast but seemed close to a continental breakfast.

The staff was friendly and responsive to needs, as they always are when I stay.

The room itself wasn't as clean as I've encountered in the past. It also could've used a little sprucing up - the furniture, curtains and carpeting were definitely dated and had stains on them

Good location. Decent value. Convenient, easy, friendly

The elevator clearly needs maintenance, there are signs saying bring your phone and who to call if you are trapped. The phone system was down so I was told I had to go downstairs if I needed something, not to call. Breakfast has severely declined over the years.

Staff were very friendly, room was clean, carpet was clean, bathroom was clean and in good condition. Hotel is in a nice area - relatively close to restaurants (by car, not really walking distance), but is the last hotel on the way out of town so it's fairly quiet around the hotel.

Bed was sort of hard, and the bathroom toilet seat was sort of wonky. Those are minor. The only major issue was that the electric outlets were all very loose, so nothing would stay plugged in. I had to squeeze our plug prongs in a bit so they'd get a tight fit. Not a huge deal, but something that really should be fixed at some point.

The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

For anyone without their own transport the hotel is a little isolated from facilities.

The cleanliness compared to the last hotel I stayed in was night and day. Very nice breakfast available. Brand new bed and TV in my room, which was amazing. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed this property so much I decided to stay another week while I continue looking for a house to purchase.

The lights that shine on the front of the building are very, very bright at night.

The location was good for our visit to Callaway Gardens, a 30 minute drive. When we arrived we were told they didn’t have a room for us, though we had our reservations which they had in front of them. But the associate (wish I had gotten her name) we attentive to the situation and went to work. She soon announced she it arranged for us, which entailed an upgrade. I was surprised when we entered our room, much more than we anticipated. Thank you for taking care of us.
