The room was big and very clean. The bed was a little too soft for us but all the pillows and sheets very comfortable. Great bathroom! The staff at reception were welcoming and efficient. The housekeeping crew were very friendly and excellent. We had a lot of fun at the Casino. Although some of the restaurants have limited hours, all the food we had was excellent. We had excellent service at the Blackfish restaurant. Also excellent service from the waitresses at the Cedar Cafe.

Some of the other staff at the Cedar Cafe, the Killer Coffee and on the floor of the Casino weren't very friendly and didn't look like they wanted to be there. It detracted from the overall luxury experience of the Resort.

They corrected the situation with my room cleanliness immediately. Tawnee the housekeeping manager was very apologetic and gave me a food credit as a good gesture. Hessmine the housekeeper went over and above to ensure that my stay was wonderful. I appreciate the great customer service that these two ladies provided.

I stay at this hotel every year in February since 2020. In 2023 I found black hairs rolled up in the shower mat and this year (2025) I found long blonde hairs all over the vanity stool in the bathroom (see photos). I typically stay at this hotel in a deluxe room for anywhere from 5 to 7 days. I expect the room to be clean as this is not a motel 6. I want to feel confident that I am not sleeping on sheets that some unknown person has slept in and housekeeping has not changed the linen.

I really enjoyed the meals at the restaurants in the resort. The indigenous artwork and ambience of the property were welcoming and luxurious. Reception was fresh and clean as well as our guest room which was a well-appointed queen suite with high end furnishings and cozy decor. We had tenth floor which was an expansive and spectacular view! Extremely satisfied with the exceptional service and cuisine, and our beverages during the stay. Coffee was excellent.

Nothing complimentary for mealtimes during our stay. Even when booking through a third party, although we enjoyed the service from restaurants even if the prices on food were quite high. We were told there was early AM housekeeping and recommended to turn on the privacy light by front door if we wanted to opt out. Even for multiple nights stay I would probably not desire receiving a Housekeeping service as it begins at 8:00 AM.

The Hotel was great but not so much the casino area. Restaurants were closed and also what was open for food closed by 11pm. It’s a casino that’s open 24 hours and you can’t get a bite to eat after 11 pm That’s not good business. It’s funny how there’s plenty of bar areas open until 2am. Everyone likes to get some food after a night of gambling and a few cocktails. Definitely will not be returning anytime soon if at all rather go somewhere that’s about serving there customers.

Hotel was great, pool and hot tub was very nice. And only allowing adults from 9 to 11 was great nothing against the kiddos.

The king rooms are very nice. The bathroom is exceptional, with double sinks and a wonderful shower. There is a small side vanity with a makeup mirror - very useable.

The check in process was very tedious, there was a long line waiting to check in and only two people were working at reception. We stood in line over 30 minutes, really disappointing after driving all day to get there. When we got to the room the keys did not work and we returned to the lobby only to be told to get back in line.

Clean and spacious room. The 3 headed shower was amazing! The AC worked very well. Comfy bed with plenty of pillows.

The associate who checked me in said she couldn't find my reservation. She asked for my confirmation number. I went to the booking.com app and pulled it up. She said that my name was misspelled and that booking.com also transposed my first and last name on the booking and that's why she couldn't find my reservation. Then she proceeds to tell me that it happens all the time and she advises me to not use a third party booking next time because it happens frequently and I should always book my stay directly with the casino in the future. My bad decision to use booking.com was my fault. She made me feel second class and she was uppity and zero smiles. My only complaint about my whole stay is her attitude towards using booking.com 🙄.

Our room was lovely, thank you! My friend and I meet at Tulalip Resort every year at this time to see each other and get caught up on our lives. She lives on Camano Island, I live in Kingston, Washington. We love the Festival of Trees, and all going on this time of the year. The Resort is beautiful, thank you for the fun time. We also really enjoy using the shuttle service you offer, and always tip our drivers. Each driver we had was so great, funny and helpful. Thank you! Carole

Room size and layout, cleanliness, etc was quite comfortable. I liked the 3-head shower but maybe not for everyone. Elevators were fast and efficient. Originally gave a 7 star but I guess it's closer to 8.

Initial setup should have included more bottled water and shower amenities (one pack of shampoo for a couple wasn't going to cut it for 2 nights). I know it's easy to ask for more but I thought being more generous here at the outset would have been a nice touch. Most disappointing were the pillows - not wide enough considering we had a spacious king bed but also either to high or too low - couldn't quite get a comfortable level. Again, this is individual preference but we are usually ok at other hotels for the most part. Also dislike those 3-part blankets where loose sheets have to be coordinated with the blanket. A more highend touch would be a proper duvet cover.

I love the rooms! Absolutely beautiful. The indoor pool is amazing. One of the main reasons I came back was for the pool, hot tub and the waterfall. The casino offers a variety of restaurants as well and I have thoroughly enjoyed all the places I have eaten. The walk in shower with 3 shower heads is pretty cool too!

The one thing I didn't like was that out of all the restaurants they have...only one serves breakfast! And it was always an hour wait or more. I think they should have more breakfast options especially on Saturdays and Sundays.

The staff, the food, the beautifully and respectfully designed room & decor, the SILENT elevators (our room was adjacent), the adult-only swim hours, the Lights & Ice, the perfectly-sized concert venue, the excellent concert, the room service, oh, and did I mention -- THE STAFF!

The loud explosive booms, like fireworks (?) that went off several times a day, every day, morning, noon and night, for no apparent reason right outside the hotel somewhere -- we couldn't figure out where. Or why! That was unsettling.
