Lots of plugins, easily reached. The mattress was very comfortable. Terrific bed side lights which included a small flexible light that could be directed at one's reading material without bothering any other occupant. The refrigerator included a small freezer compartment, which is very useful & an appreciated extra. The breakfast was very complete, including Belgium waffles and eggs that looked like real eggs and were very tasty.

The entrance to the motel was difficult to find and poorly signed. We would like two chairs, altho' this room at least had an ottoman in addition to one chair. We missed having a clock available. We stayed two nights and were not advised that there would not be any refreshing done after the first day. (no more coffee pods, clean towels, emptying of trash, etc.) They were in the midst of renovating, so the overall appearance was less than stellar. We were on the third floor which suffered from very visible and noisy freeway traffic.

It was so nice. Even though they are in the middle of renovations, it was not obvious. The water feature, complete with koi, was so serene and inviting. Our arrival was met with enthusiasm and explanations of how to find the elevator, the pool and spa, and the hours breakfast would be served and where that happened. The breakfast was amazing, BTW, with plenty of seating and the servers stayed on top of refilling everything. Our room was spacious and very comfortable.

It was somewhat disappointing that the restaurant was not operating because of the renovations but there were other restaurant options nearby.

The staff was super friendly. We stayed for a week and a half and anytime we needed anything the staff brought it up right away. The rooms are big and the beds are comfy. The breakfast was good. Waffles, yogurt, eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits and gravy, cereal, assorted breads and muffins and sometimes bananas. Plenty of parking spots even on the weekend. Small pool and hot tub and a small gym....family was doing renovations but there was no interruption during our stay.

Good location, restaurants and shops close by. Ample parking, friendly staff. Rooms seemed to have been updated since our last stay here a few years ago. Room was very clean, bed & furniture were all comfortable. Our room was right next to the elevator but we never heard it when it ran. Self serve continental breakfast available was typical assorted cereal, waffle maker, yogurt, muffins & fruit. Warmers filled with scrambled eggs, sausage& bacon, biscuits & gravy.

We stayed in room 406 and the a/c made loud odd clicking sounds when it would switch on. At one point in the twilight hours we heard someone's little dog barking in the hall and owner yelling after it & almost sounded like they were chasing after it.

The staff was very friendly and the check in and check out process were seamless. They even accomodated a late check out per my request the morning I checked out. The grounds were beautiful with koi ponds/fountains and there was a pool and gym easily accessible for guests. The room was huge and the bed was very comfortable so I actually got a good night sleep which was great as I was not feeling all that well during my visit ( and was heading to a conference in Stanwood the next day).

Nothing I really didn't like but there was still renovation work going on in other areas inside the building.

The Guest Services Agent was very friendly and helpful. The room itself was very clean and the bed was comfortable and huge. The TV was huge also. What I liked the most was how quiet it was. I couldn't hear a thing. The breakfast offered had everything you could think of for food. From eggs, sausages, waffles,cereal, oatmeal, fresh fruit, yogurt. I think I got everything.

I really can't think of anything. The whole experience was great.

It was very clean (especially the bathroom) and very roomy, nice furniture, pretty quiet, great parking. and pet friendly (a definite plus). My husband doesn't walk very well and they accommodated us with a ground floor room very close to an entrance and our vehicle. We are used to down pillows, so the pillows weren't quite as soft as we normally like, but there were 5 of them, so that was good. I thoroughly enjoyed the hot breakfast.

We are both in our 70's, and my husband has bone cancer, so the very short toilet was extremely difficult to get on and off of without help. I'm not sure why most hotels have short toilets. It is usually my number one complaint. My husband was disappointed there were no hasbrowns on the breakfast selections, but otherwise it was great.

Room was well appointed, beds were comfortable, staff very friendly. Restaurant in lobby was very nice - we enjoyed ordering hot fresh food and taking it to our room to enjoy in our PJs.

Small problem - wifi was not terrific. It kept cutting out and not full fans ever in the room. If I needed to work it would have been frustrating. There was a problem with the elevator and it did not come to the top floor where we were. It was early in a Sunday morning and the maintenance man was working very hard to get it going. Staff were very apologetic- certainly not their fault. Things happen.

I liked early check-in, the friendly staff, the swimming pool, and the nice breakfast. The room was quiet, clean, and comfortable. Location city was handy for my reason to be in the area.

The telephone in the room was unmarked and useless. I couldn't call the front desk from it and had to use my cell phone -- and then I just reached an answering machine....and my call was never returned. The lobby desk was not always staffed.

Super friendly staff! the Room was really fresh , clean and modern. It was really nice to have hot coffee and breakfast on site. It is always a relief to have accommodations for my fur baby. We are planning our next visit and stay at The Medallian. There were so many stores and restaurants near and easy to find. Great location.There is really nothing you could improve. The Medallion was really a pleasant surprise!!

There is really not one thing to improve or fix.!!
