We were greeted by the fantastic Paul, whose charm and wisdom made us ladies feel welcomed and at home. He gave us fantastic information on the location, the nearby scenery and local dining. He was witty and the true MVP during our stay! The other staff were also very friendly and welcoming. The delivered breakfast baskets in the morning was an amazing touch! Their unique lobby was comfortable and inviting with a fireplace and beautiful furniture. The view from our room couldn’t be beat over the water. Sunsets were especially wonderful. All of the dining we could think of was within walking distance around the dock. Such a unique gem in Everett. I would recommend to anyone who is looking for relaxation and low-key. Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. We wanted for nothing, and the coffee was good! I will definitely stay again. It was myself, my sister, and my teen daughter and we were all very pleased. Great job!

This hotel is very clean, comfortable and extremely pet friendly. Knowing that we had two dogs with us, they provided a ground floor room with a sliding door which provided direct access to a grassy lawn area and a path on the marina. The walking path was the perfect spot to walk our dogs in the morning. The view of the marina was a special bonus!

The breakfast was as you would expect from a hotel... It was promptly delivered to the room in a basket at the time we requested. The room was super clean, with daily attention. The bedding was left as is, but we only stayed 3 nights so that was not an issue.

Great location, beautiful walking path around the marina, several great restaurants in walking distance. The suite we had was very comfortable and clean. It was a really nice night in Everett!!

Instead of having a big continental breakfast they have you place your order and hang it on the door and request your delivery time. While this is a really cute idea, and the basket of food was really cute, I didn’t sleep well thinking I’d need to get up and answer the door. They didn’t end up knocking, they just left the basket but that was my only negative.

This quant little hotel is located directly facing the boat docks at the Everett marina and is also located right next door to Naval Station Everett. If you get a room with a view of the marina you can wake up to a cup of coffee in your room and a possibility of seeing seals in the marina. Has nice restaurants within walking distance to choose from.

It used to be a private hotel and is now part of the Choice groups. It is a little bit on the older side and so the heat and AC in the room is a wall mounted hand controlled unit. Some of them work well, some of them do not work very well keeping the room warm when it is cold outside.

The property was very nice. I have lived in the Everett area for 36 years and recently moved. We used to walk our dog at the marina all the time and we saw the property all the time. But we stayed here during a recent trip and I was surprised. It’s a great hotel with great staff. The basket breakfast was a good little deal as well. I will stay here again for sure. Oh, for us, they upgraded us to a top floor unit on the marina which was a nice bonus.

Customer service is exceptional. A few of the front desk workers have been very pleasant, friendly, and helpful. Being able to work by the fireplace and overlooking the marina was an added bonus.

The vending machines were out of order. A note to say it was out of order would have helped. But the man in the front desk who works afternoon/night offered to get me what I wanted from it. He is absolutely helpful.

The staff at The Inn at Port Gardner greeted us with a smile and offered information needed for our stay at check in. Linda was very thorough with answering questions we had regarding walking the waterfront area, complimentary room service breakfast as well as the 12 options for nearby local dining. Eugene went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our stay there. We choice this location to tour the Boeing Plant. Close enough to Payne Field but off site from Boeing.

Good hotel at the waterfront. Nice neighbourhood, which is good for walking or jogging along the boat stations. A few good restaurants around. The hotel is very clean, the staff is friendly. The breakfast is served straight to the room, should you fill in the form in the evening before.

Just one thing - no laundry or washing machine inside the hotel. Had to go to the laundromat in town.

Loved my room - size, bed, closet space, bathroom, ironing board, fridge - and especially direct access outside with a table, chairs and sumptuous view of the harbor. Breakfasts were ok - maybe fruit other than bananas - and my coffee machine was tough to handle.

One front desk hostess never smiled - for my welcome, for my departure - in fact, she was downright rude and unpleasant. Another hostess, however, was so helpful and friendly and made all the difference to the mood in the lobby.
