This property is BEAUTIFUL. Its big, its peaceful, quiet (only noises you can hear are from birds and other animals), close to various amazing beaches and the house itself is amazing. What I was really impressed about; how clean everything is. Not only what your eyes can see but actually everything is clean, smells good, the rooms are always so nice to come back to after the day out at the beach or the pool. The staff is very friendly and kind. The beds & pillows are very comfortable. There is a great cute bar/restaurant 2 min walk from the hotel. I really enjoyed my stay and if im back to Sardinia I would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Breakfast was excellent! The staff was so friendly and nice to us, always smiling! The Sea view was amazing each morning and evening! Pool we did not use. Beaches were in walking distance and really nice. We liked that the hotel was really quite and did not have to many rooms. For us perfect! The room was very spacious and AC worked perfectly.

We were only able to book a double and a triple room for 4 people via booking. We actually asked via mail if possible to get 2 double rooms, which at the end worked out. But we did not get any refund on the pricing, which we have asked for. We were granted 10 Euro (which was quoted on booking) for the breakfast instead of Euro 12, new price. The staff in general was very very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Only the director never seemed happy and was not really able to smile. She was somehow always stressed, which didn't make a nice appearance on us. What we missed was the inhouse restaurant, which did not exist anymore. Only breakfast was served.

Fantastic selection at breakfast, coffee freshly made by the hotel barista. The pool was still open in early October and was very clean and safe. Rooms are serviced every day, with beds made up and fresh towels. The hotel staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. The receptionist, Chiara even took us to the village where my husband had left his phone and brought us back.

Although there is a menu and sign that says food and drink are served up to 11.30 pm we didn't find this to be the case. A very limited rage was a available at 13.00 but not later. This is not a criticism of the hotel at all. The nearest place to eat (200m away) closes for the season at the end of September. We did not hire a car so we had to walk to the nearest village for a pizzeria and supermarket. The road is a main road, with twists and turns and no path. It was very scary and dangerous so we only did that for a few days.

Really nice hotel with Sardinian atmosphere. We only stayed one night so we didn't use it much. Room clean and spacious, very nice pool and good breakfast.

The arrangement of the rooms is a misunderstanding for me. The door to the room is located opposite the other room in the alcove a meter away. We were unlucky enough to come across two drunk women who were laughing so hard that we couldn't sleep - loud laughter, banging etc. I think they were also heard downstairs at the reception desk, to which there was no reaction. I understand a lot, holidays etc. but there are certain limits

Perfect location - inside pines and so close to the beach. Very clean and quiet. Nice breakfast only for 5€ per person. Possibility to have also lunch and dinner. Good internet. Restaurant in about 2 minutes walk.

Hidden payments we didn’t know about before booking - 5€ per day for airconditioning, 2,5€ head cup for swimming pull. Obligation to wear head cup in swimming pool. Very noisy fridge in the room.

Everything about this hotel was perfect. I wish we would have just stayed there. The room is big, comfortable, clean. The air condition works perfectly, there is a fridge in the room. The staff is very nice and breakfast is great. We loved that the hotel is small, so the pool area was always calm with just a few people. The view from the hotel is great, and it is really close to the beach. The parking space is also perfect. We loved it!

It would be cool to have a restaurant or food options at night, for when you don't feel like leaving the hotel. However, there is a cute place close by, and that was also good.

Great location close to beautiful beaches, but a car is needed as there’s only one nearby restaurant. The pool is nice, and breakfast comes with an amazing view. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The bathroom is a bit old, but clean. Overall, a peaceful and relaxing spot!

We loved absolutely everything. Great for families - clean, quiet, nice pool, great buffet breakfast, beach walking distance⛱️ stores, and restaurants are about 10 minutes away. Popular beaches are 20 minutes driving. We are planning to go there again in the near future.

I LOVED this place! The decor and interior was tasteful and beautiful- you could tell that a lot of love and attention is invested into this place. The staff are incredibly helpful and I really liked the focus for vegetarian meals in the kitchen. The atmosphere and proximity to the beach are what really seals the deal.

More vegan options on the fixed menu, although the staff were kind to accommodate me regardless!
