I had the pleasure of staying at the Towneplace Suites by Marriot in Albany ga for 6 days from the day I checked in until my check everyone was friendly spoke and smiled which you don't find very often I want to personally thank Ms. Tamika the housekeeper their she went above her job duty and ensure my stay was pleasant my boyfriend birthday was June 16th and I wanted to ensure his day was special Ms. Tamika stepped in and made it happen words can't describe how thankful I am for her and the stuff I was at the site this back in February and Immediately notice the difference with the atmosphere great turn around Marriott

Our stay at TownPlace Suites by Marriott was definitely a great experience. Staff was very friendly and professional, hotel was very clean. Love the set up of the room, bed was so comfortable, I slept like a baby. Alexis prepared an almost home cooked breakfast that really hit the spot. Will definitely return and highly recommended.

I liked that the bedroom had a different temperature control than the rest of the suite. It was nice to receive a gift. Was given small water bottle, breakfast/snack bar and a cookie. That was a nice touch. I liked that there was a kitchenette with a microwave and range.

I am older and a little unsteady so I needed more than one handle to hold onto in the shower. Everything else was good.

Excellent location less than a mile from the mall. 5 minutes away from plenty of food and store options. Nice breakfast at the hotel. Great bed with firm mattress. Quiet. Probably the best hotel option the area.

Honestly there wasn't anything to not like, everything from check in to check out was beautiful, the staff was great I mean I haven't seen this type of service in a hotel in a while because sometimes you get either or bad service and a descent room or good service and a horrible room.

The customer interaction. The rooms were clean and very spacious.

The location was a little compact but an overall good rating.

Nice location, but over priced because there were apparently many activities in the area. You shouldn't jack prices up because of events.
