We definitely liked our choice as the apartment provided space & comfort (we had two double bed en-suite rooms plus big main room with fully equipped kitchen as well as large terrace facing the sea)!.. We came during the week and enjoyed silence and tranquility as the complex was practically empty till FRI (we left SAT early morning)!.. We also used great breakfast & very helpful concierge advices at Hard Rock hotel nearby

The are some small things to fix in the apartment and cleaning should be more attentive (moving the sofa in the main room we had to take care of dust & small leftovers)!.. Would be also good to have in the kitchen supply some general necessities as pepper & salt, cooking oil & teabags - no real supermarket next door and we didn’t have car, but those are more advices to enhance the apartment! If & when we return to that lovely place we would definitely stay there again! Thank you!

Firstly the service from staff apon arrival is exceptional. 10 stars for service. It’s the perfect location right near all the action on the main beach. The apartment is so big and spacious and had everything you needed. Loved the kitchen. The beds were comfortable. Easy to walk around from here to local restaurants etc. the pool area is also lovely.

The showers need somewhere to put your things like shower gel and shampoo. The kitchen table only had 3 chairs, but awkward when you want to eat as a family. This particular unit didn’t have any view.

The accomidation was spacious,had a large balcony. Pool area and gym amazing and clean. Host communicated well,allowed us to a late checkout for a charge but very convenient for us Great location

Kitchen was not well stocked,only 2 mugs and 2 glasses for 5 of us,however after messaging host this was quickly rectified. Also would have been nice to have furniture on large balcony to sit out. Also noticed most other apartments had a lock box to collect keys which would have been much more convent for check in. These are just suggestions and not didn’t like,as we loved apartment,security,facilities and our stay there

Great location on the beach at Batu Ferringhi. Easy access to beach, restaurants and nightly fire displays. Easy walk to shops and restaurants- near beautiful Ferringhi Gardens. Apartment spacious and well designed. Manager helpful and pleasant. Saw dusky leaf monkeys each morning.

Both management and booking.com personnel professionally managed scam emails received- heads up for anyone getting scam emails.

Easy access to the beach, pool, playground which is one of the happiest thing my kids love.. The room is clean, tidy and comfortable.. Staff was friendly and understandable, easy to talk to when there's needed.. Will recommend to friend if they ask..

If possible, please place a qiblat way, so that muslim customer easy to access and can pray in the room without needing to search in apps..

Large air-conditioned apartment with relatively good features. Good location. Quiet and leafy, near the beach. Comfy beds!!! Lovely restaurants nearby. Very relaxing.

A sign saying the washer and dryer weren't working!!! What? Get them fixed! But, we rang the agent and she said it was just the dryer, so we actually could wash out clothes. Phew.

Friendly and helpful host. Everything went smoothly before, during, after staying in the room. Easy access and near to the beach. The room was amazing and comfortable. Really recommended

Nice apartment in a good location. Great size for our family. We were visiting family so didn’t use the pool or gym but they looked nice.

You need to call the agent when you arrive to get the keys but you can call via What’s app using Wi-Fi. It was a quick process but would be worth calling when you arrive at the airport to avoid delays. Same goes for check out.

The premise was huge and could easily fit more than 8 people. Really clean, nice, and cosy atmosphere. The bathroom was really huge, superb wster pressure and lovely design.Love it to the max.

Loved it!!! It's spacious. My kid enjoy the bath tub. Oven, microwave available to heat our food. Can take our time to do laundry. It's near to shops & restaurant. The beach is beautiful & has alot activities. The swimming pool is big. Highly recommended to stay here. Hope we can come again.
