Room was ok.

Although the hotel located next to the beach, location of the hotel is not great as it is really before Batu Ferringhi were most action is. Hence for activities and other restaurants one has to travel by taxie. Also cannot swim in the sea as I learnt the existence of jelly fish. To enter into the reception area one as to remove shoes which is an awkward exercise. This should have indicated in the property page so that customers can decide whether to go there. I went to the hotel by public transport and there is no foot path along the road. It was risky to walk along the side of the major road as there is no enough space and very risky because the road is very busy with fast moving vehicles.

Great hotel, fine set up... great sunset view from this location. We Will be back. The new Biru Biru restaurant is a great asset to this property. Hopefully you will extent the Menu a bit n also serve basic Breakfast to the hotel guests in the near future.

We were staying in room 12 - outdated old design n much too dark inside...n smelly. Bathroom needs lots of Upgrading ... n frankly speaking, a complete overhaul n new interior is necessary asap...in most of your "old" rooms..

A beautiful Balinese architecture design resort. We were surprised with the room upgrade to the sea view room. Indeed, it is a breathtaking view. The car parking space was designated during our stay so we dont have to worry about where to park our car. The staff are friendly, Biru Biru cafe has a beautiful sea view, the food menu is good and the cafe also serves varieties of cake, the Gula Melaka cake with coconut filing is a must try! I had a chance to join a tour of the Intl school, Lighthouse Academy, inside this resort compound. It's amazing to find out a school inside the resort and its history. I would definitely want to come back again with my family and friends! Thank you!

It would be the crows in the cafe area (on the left side section on 2nd day morning), waiting to catch some leftover food on the table. It was a bit disturbing. Otherwise, it was all good from this experience.

1) spacious bedrooms and bathroom/toilets 2) seating area outside our rooms for gathering/chatting 3) swimming pool 4) plenty of viewing areas and floral/plants around the hotel resport

1) We booked the 3-bedrooms apartment for our group of 5 adults, but had to move to 2 separate suites due to power/electricity issues. Although the suites were spacious but were a bit inconvenient due to lack of privacy - as 3 of us (me, my husband and my grown up niece) had to share 1 bedroom. Even though the total costs for the 2 suites are more expensive than the 1 apartment unit. 2) The road into the resort area is steep and narrow. 3) We were disappointed as only able to use 1 pool as the resort was under renovation, so the other 2 pools were not available.

I will defiantly come back for 4 times to holiday with my lovely family,to Lost Paradise Resort cause Wonderful resort, the service has been exceptional. The cleanliness, decoration, services... perfect. In the end we changed our travel plans to stay longer. 100% recommended. Love this Balinese garden in theme hotel, here are what I feel about this place- The staff at Lost Paradise Resort was so nice. They were friendly, attentive, and always went above and beyond to ensure that we had a wonderful stay. Their professionalism and willingness to assist with any request made our experience truly special. We can’t wait to return to this slice of heaven on earth! A special thank you to Dr Iise Chew. The environment and view at the café were absolutely stunning, creating a perfect atmosphere for a relaxing meal. Biru-biru restaurant: stunning sea view with life band at night..

Lost Paradise Resort is a hidden gem by the sea! The resort is beautifully decorated with vibrant colors, tropical plants, and artistic details in every corner. It feels more like a private retreat than a hotel. The sea view is breathtaking, with cozy gazebos and wooden decks overlooking the water—perfect for relaxing. The atmosphere is peaceful, the staff are friendly, and everything is well-maintained. Whether you’re traveling with friends, family, or solo, this place is a must-visit. Truly lives up to the name—a paradise you won’t forget. Delicious food, tropical vibes, & the kind of place where you want to take both your appetite and your camera. Highly recommend BIRU-BIRU💙 if you’re in Penang!

Nice accommodation for 2 days, little bit far from George Town centre and the airport but can easily be solved by taking a Grab, local taxis service for a good price. We were here over Christmas, so this place was relatively full or you could say very full. My kids loved the pool, my husband was fishing from the balcony. Rooms spacious and quite clean. Staff was amazing, always super friendly and very helpful, all ladies and gentleman behind the reception desk and the office manager. Thank you all for your kindness and hospitality.

We were unlucky because a couple above us decided to party till 4 a.m. and very loud so that night we didn't get much sleep. Breakfast is seriously tragic and expensive in the restaurant here. 3 choices and all not good at all and trust me we travel the world with our kids and we eat everything. I would suggest take a grab and go to the shopping center close by or buy your own breakfast, which we did 1x.

I booked 3 rooms and we get rooms that is nearby which i appreciate the most. The room is clean, the sea view is perfect. Delicious food at Biru Biru cafe but price quite expensive. Overall my family from sabah really love our stay this time. Keep it up!

Person in charge for parking want to drive us away thinking that we are biru biru cafe customer, we got 3 parking lot as we book 3 room, but our parking lot already occupied by other hotel guests that doesnt have common sense, double park our cars on way out some more. Very selfish. The person in charge didnt double check who park at the area but already taken our plat number during check in, so whats that information for? Please take note

Location was stunning! Resort was colours beautiful. Jessy, your staff was too good. Told her my situation. N delivered as requested. Very humble n polite. She was the only who sprinled that gaeity n made the stay a wonderful memory.

Om my date of departure, to pay up the balance bill. The one who did the billing on the 17.11.2024 at 11am. Was a horrible character. No tolerance at all n rude dispositon. The Chinese lady was pleasant. Other staffs were OK. N there was a particular parking warden. On the rude side too. The cleaners seemed to be set not to tidy up the beds. N had to inform them to clean up the bathrooms. Take care of these complaints, doesn't spoil the ambience you have set up.

I love the room's internal design and feel like I am in a Bali vibe. My room was also quite spacious for my family and very satisfied with what I was paying for. All the hotel facilities and surrounding areas are nice and sufficient. All the staff is friendly and nice.

I encountered mosquitoes during my visit to the pool close to Kelulut Garden with my kids and it is very unfortunate that when high tide, we're unable to visit the beach and no staff telling us if there is another option to get to the beach other than that since we are not local and not familiar with the surrounding area. As for the food at Biru-Biru Cafe, our drinks were amazing but as for pizza, it is quite small for that kind of price since I was told that it was a regular size but it's quite smaller if compared to fast food chains such as Domino or Pizza Hut but no bad command on the taste as it was delicious. I remember during my stay at Century Langkawi Beach Resort, Langkawi we had the same pizza, and a bit pricy in price but the size of the pizza was big.
