The staff were excellent, the balcony was exceptionally quiet with no sound other than the birds and the waves in the sea below Very comfortable beds and the children loved the swimming pool. I noticed a gym and a bar with a pool table but we didn't get a chance to use it

Downside is the local beach is notorious for jellyfish so I wouldn't recommend swimming in the sea there (aside from the sign on the way there, our local relatives mentioned that beach was known for jellyfish and one of the three swimmers in the sea whilst we were there got stung as we were walking on the beach next to them)

Simply fantastic! I totally love the proactive and professional approach taken by the staff to every question or situation we had during our stay. A shout out to Jessie their manager who was truly accommodating and helpful in every way! Initially we had some issues with the room facilities but with regards it being a newly renovated place that is understandable and we could not get a solution immediately and had to inform the staff but the team stepped up and resolved the problem eloquently after. There is potential and I applaud the amazing team work that followed. Amazing location and the view from the hotel is simply spectacular. Will definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place with hospitality and beauty.

Before approaching the check-in counter, we were greeted by smiling staff who made us feel very welcomed. I like that their attire are not the traditonal uniforms, instead they wear vibrant and sporty pink and cyan hoodies. Most if not all their front desk crew are young people, giving off a modern and youthful vibe.

The breakfast stations are under-staff. One cook manning the egg station is also serving congee and dim sum at the same time. There are not many variety or very simple breakfast menu. Food runs out for quite a while before they are replenished. To get to the rooms with sea view, one has to take a lift down to the swimming pool and took another lift again, which can be a hassle. The bidet in the toilet was a nightmare to use. The button was so stiff it took ages to press, and when it finally worked, the water blasted out so hard it felt like it could injure your lower body.

The breakfast, putting effort on promoting local foods, fresh salads, cheese , bread jam, Saturday even have fresh salmon slice 🙏 superb and serve delicious foods here. The hotel is accessible with the beach zone, which very good for kids and family

Under renovation , touch up. Least parking because got function, for hotel guests need to park very far..

Excellent quality and very fair price. Infrastructure, perfect. Big room, pool is great and location, if you have already seen Georgetown and want something else, is great: nice local medium / upscale area with food and services that go along. Excellent food options and grocery shops + food court in front..... I did 2 night in GEorgetown, then came here, great great!

To me the location is great as it is in between 2 busy area Batu Ferringhi & George Town. So you get the quietness you need. The property i assume its refurbished as everything looks new. The highlight to me was the staffs as they were super helpful and friendly.

The underground parking is super dusty. But it doesnt bother much.

Hotel facilities were new, clean, breakfast quite good and quite a lot of choices. Got access to semi-private beach which is very convenient for us bringing or child for vacation.

Check in counter staff didn’t explain well regarding locations of places or timing of breakfast or facilities open but thankfully the doorman was so helpful, helped explaining to us while going up to our room

Great experience as we were the first and only guests in the soft-opening phase of the Hotel. Nice pool area with great views (just wondering why they were constructing the pool not even more "infinity"), same for the breakfast room. Very nice staff, they took great care of us. Cosy room. Of course there is noisy work going on but we had a good time.

Location is good, not as far as Batu Feringgi, the beach is almost private, and very clean and not crowded. Hotel is new and clean with very quick responsive service from the staff

Lack of parking space

The environment is good, staff is good attitude, beach access, good seaview, room is clean and the bed is comfortable. Will come again next time, luv it!

WiFi a bit poor in my room and the water temperature a bit hard to control. Breakfast a bit normal
