Great location, breakfast in the morning (7-10.30am) inside or on the terrace by the pool (7am-8pm) with a fancy view on the sea. You walk out of the hotel and you get right away on the beach. The AC is not that noisy. You can hear the waves from your terrace, nice. The room is big enough, clean, one non-type-G socket, big curtains, big table, little fridge, etc.

Only small details. The shower isnt fully separated from the rest of the bathroom, causing some water on the groundfloor after shower. No glasses for brushing your teeth. Toilet paper is thin.

My room was spacious, clean and comfortable for my little family of 4 (1 baby) and my mother. The separate rooms gave my mother her privacy for rest, especially from the kids eventhough the ensuite bathroom is shared between our room. The living space had a smart TV, hence, netflix and youtube access for the kids. The kids hung out mainly at the living space hence our bed was kept clean and tidy all the time. Aircond worked well and hot water was available. The breakfast was good overall. Taste is pretty standard taste for a hotel breakfast. Variety wise, plenty of options: western (cereal, scramble egg, toast, sausages and beans), salad, asian (fried rice, kuey teow and mee/mihun rebus), cordial drinks. fruits and coffee and tea. The pool size is decent, not too big not too small. My daughter definitely enjoyed her time playing there with other kids in the hotel. The beach area right in front of the hotel is decent. Quite clean but if you want a bigger space with more beach activity stuff, can just walk along the beach to get to the Tanjung Tokong Beach area. Parking is a little limited and first come first serve, underground parking but thankfully we never had trouble getting parking , even when we returned late at night. Right in front of the hotel is a Chinese restaurant/food court-ish place to eat so for non-muslims. Location wise, in between Batu Feringghi and city centre, just nice.

This hotel is definitely run down and the facilities and some amenities (like the fridge) is quite old. You can see from the floor boards and the built-ins. To be honest, this wasn't a bad thing for me. We didn't exactly pay for a 5-star new hotel so it wasn't a deal breaker at all. But I think I should just mention this in case people are expecting more.

The hotel staff were lovely and the room was a reasonable size with a side view of the sea from a side on balcony. The bathroom was ok but we had cold water for two of our three nights - with the heat and humidity in Penang it was not uncomfortable having a cool shower but a hot shower on the last day was very welcome. Breakfast was very good.

I love coming to the beach. Location wise this is the best for b40. I paid almost RM400 for this stay. For a middle income family I think the facilities could be better. The breakfast was just okay. I added RM 15 / kid total of RM 30. The omelette station was closed. Why? You should be prepared for the crowd since it was the weekend. The yellow noodles smell fishy. I called the waiter to check on it. My room was facing the beach. Bora Bora Club next door offered a live band performance. At first it was entertaining as the time reached 12.00 am, we got tired listening to the song. My kids need their rest time. (Not so kid friendly if they were easily triggered) The staff was okay except for a Muslim Lady and one Indian Manager I think. They were very sarcastic. Should train the staff to politely speaks in front of guest. Please note the charges in the websites as well. The deposit need to be in cash and all. After all no hidden charges is what we aim for. Stayed during weekday, low season, so the hotel was pleasant with low guest. Carpark small. Hotel is simply & clean. Near to town & to feringgi. Hotel receptionist (the indian man) was very polite & attentive. Room is very big, clean but outdated, seaview with balcony, could hear loud wave sound like you on the beach. Pool is clean. So close to the beach, can't swim in the water, but can play on the beach. Clean beach. Great view. Breakfast not much variety. Not suitable for a fussy/high expectation people. For me, i aim for the view.

Staff during checkin was ok la. But during check out a bit rude. She take my card and said "maybe" tq without looking at me. Of cos without smile. Hmmm yes im going to leave so no need to layan bagus2 dah..... So if she still maintain this kind of attitude to be receptionist. All the guest will leave your hotel without come back. I happy during my stay... Suddenly the last part before i balik... U buat i rasa xnak datang lagi.

Surprisingly, the hotel room was quite spacious compared to others in Penang within the same price range. All the amenities were in good condition and functional, making it suitable for families. Additionally, the hotel has access to the beach.

Perhaps what I didn't like was that the hotel provided a mediocre breakfast that was very limited and didn't showcase the full flavors of Penang cuisine as it should. Additionally, the breakfast price was charged for children aged 4 and above, unlike other hotels where typically charges are for children aged 6-7 years and above. The pool was also very ordinary and limited for the number of hotel guests. It could be improved by adding slides or upgrading to a small-scale theme park experience.

The seaview is pleasant. Staff is nice and helpful. Location and price is reasonable good. Room condition is average good.

Breakfast can be improve, there is one morning they serve nasi lemak, the boiled eggs are cold from refrigerator and taste not fresh. The milk for cereal should use a smaller container or change the method of setting to keep it remain cold. I guess almost time to refurbish for the bed, starting to loss the support.
