Location was perfect...we came by van and the security was quite accommodative. Room was geberally good.

1) Horrible Lift service....waited 1 hour to go down. 2) Toilet and kithenware were not clean 3) No broom or mop provided to clean the floor 4) Beds were slightly dusty Otherwise its a very good stay.

Amount of rooms and bathrooms. Convenient store nearby. Nearby to hotspot locations.

The unit could be a little bit cleaner. Maybe to change some sofas. .

I could not have asked for a better place to stay regarding the Apartment. Very comfortable Huge Bed and Balcony with great view. It was like a home from home with everything you need. The Agents “Little Cabin” were exceptional in responding to any questions immediately and the Office Staff very helpful. Fab to have a chilled pool, Gym and Gardens to enjoy at this price🩷

I’m very sorry to say that the one thing that lets this Apartment down is the general maintenance and cleanliness! Why provide German “Teka” appliances and not maintain them, I had to also buy cleaning sponges and fluid to clean everything until I felt comfortable. Having said that, Once I’d cleaned it, loved it!

Finding the location was simple, and the check-in instructions were clear. The staff at the office, especially the person handling the deposit, was exceptionally friendly and communicative. Any request we had was promptly addressed. The room was spacious with excellent air conditioning and Wi-Fi. The bed was comfortable, and the balcony offered a fantastic view. Both the gym and pool were impressive. Although there was some traffic noise, the overall experience was wonderful. The area is surrounded by amazing food markets, and it offers easy bus access and is within walking distance to all necessary amenities for an extended stay. We would definitely return.

Cleanliness - floor got bottle stains, looks like didnt sweep n mop. Bathroom wall oso got fungus stain. Hope d housekeeping will do a good job afta tiz ya. Tv - cant even operate, no instructions on hw to use d tv box, cnt connect oso. Hope the check in time is a bit earlier at 2pm or 3pm n check out is at 12noon Me n my fmly felt tat d check out time is a bit earlier as usual tat was at 11am, i understand tat d lift will b crowded but reli hope d check in time n d check out time to be changed in d future.

The beds, TV programme. Car park level is super and free. You don't need to drive multiple levels to reach the floor. Overall it is very good place to stay

The water heater at the master bed room not working. Had to use the general toilet

Service from the agent was good. They attend to solve our issues with the tv quickly before midnight. Which I really appreciate because it is after their customer service hours. Plus they granted my request for late check out.

Probably the toilet cleanliness could be improve.
