Location is very good.

We were not aware that the condo is to be shared with other guests. Although we were the only guests the whole 3 days, we kept expecting some one to walk in anytime.

very near to asean night market. got parking for me and my family during stay. the single bed is so comfortable. the bathroom got all basic needs like soap, showercap, sanitary plastic. got tv and plug.

need to pay 1000baht for deposit for 3 rooms, dont have iron and iron board. the lift is a bit small but still okay and very helpful for us with luggage or baby stroller. the receptionist cant really explain in english.

nice place and suitable for large families because of the spacious condo, there are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

What I don't like is that the elevator is always used by many people and I waited a long time to be able to use, maybe too many people stay in this condo and who can access only two elevators, and this condo has 43 floors, so how can 2 elevators be accessed want to accommodate the occupants here during the peak hours of elevator use

The house so unique interior design and we really enjoy. After long gap we come back penang just roadtrip with husband really relax sit at balcony late night and morning for see the sunset.

Sofa have a bit smell already, better clean the fabric Mattress and pillow not good, wish upgrade so the price will be super valuable And lift always traffic jam, can remark this problem in the notice, especially all of the residents check out time are same

Environment & facility so far ok.

Too last minute to notify us need to online transfer the deposit before they release the key to us, we at their car park already by 3pm as promised for check in time, then notifying us to transfer deposit. Why can't notify 1 day earlier or morning at the same day? Too many residents take lift & full always

The staff nvr replied me on time, I booked another room but instead on the check in time 3pm, he upgrade to different staying place, do the time is run & we checked in around 40mins late

1.The bathroom/Toilet was not cleaned properly...there is odour of urine 2. The kitchen window no blind sticker can see through from outside especially when the lift door opened

the lift waiting too long. lift was too small and too slow waited 40min going down to the car park from 11.45 am to 12.30 pm for lunch and waited 30 min going up to our floor after dinner
