Great location, they had Basement parking, they had someone who brought us umbrella when it was raining, attentive staff and overall a pleasant experience. Room was spacious and just as per photos. Will definitely come back again.

The management should have informed us that there was a RM100 security deposit and not shock the guest upon arrival. Shower heater temperature could be higher & poor TV transmission and channels. Other than that everything else is good. Will definitely come back again.

Location is next to a main road, can be very congested during rush hours. Receptionist were very helpful and friendly. Rooms very clean and Wi-Fi connections were good. Free parking right in front of the building.

Kitchen utensils are insufficient provided. No dining knives, cutting knife and scissors. bowls and plates were limited to two Website stated that there is a designated area for washing , unfortunately this is misleading, there is no such place. If you want to wash your dirty clothes you need to walk a few blocks away to other independent business to have that done.

We stayed in a two room apartment. The rooms were spacious. Staff were friendly. Walkable distance to Gurney drive and sunrise mall. I don't mind staying here again.

For a bigger group with own transport, this is a very good accommodation which will provide a space that can host a family, making a group vacation convenient. The basic facilities of the apartment such as microwave, kitchenette, some simple utensils are actually very useful.

Limited basement parking. And difficult to find other parking areas nearby. Soundproof not very properly done, so if the neighbours are noisy, it can be a bit disturbing. Lucky, the time we stayed, everyone was quite understanding and not loud at night.

Spacious, on the main road, very clean. Surprisingly, there's a healthy yummy recommended restaurant in the same building that cherished our stay. The only light weakness is the lication isn't at the downtown, but if you love walking, going to restaurants, Gurney Plz aren't far.

The premises from parking lot to the hall way to the reception was "clean, well lighted and pleasant", but the walls of the bathroom in one of the room in my suite needed a cleaning a long time ago!! Staff bent over backwards to help return my handphone charger that I left in the room to my next destination in Malaysia before I had to go back to Canada the following week.

My bathroom, it needed a scrub.

Excellent location, buses travelling into GeorgeTown and in the opposite direction to Ferringhi Beach, stopped in front of the apartments. A large supermarket just a 10 minute walk from the hotel and some other minimarts and restaurants.

The reception should have better knowledge about the tourist destinations and should provide a tourist map, not a general map. But the actual people at the reception were lovely and very helpful by trying very hard to help us out.

Big apartments, great quality linen and 2 ensuite bathrooms

On a very busy main road that doesn't really die down and windows not sealed properly so you can hear the traffic clearly

Ease to check in with a 24hour operated front desk , basement carpark available and street parking also available with guard supervision , simple and cozy room

By the main road from Gurney to Batu Feringghi , so it will be very crowded throughout the day, even until midnight with motor sound , other than this , everything is good
