The staffs are great. They are super responsive and friendly. There is this water dispenser for each floor that we can use as much as we like. The location is near a food stall/hawker (literally beside the complex) and near the gift/merchandise shop. For those who like to have a morning jogging, this place is located near a youth park that can be accessed by foot for around 500-600 meters.

I have to say, there isn't anything I don't like about my stay.

I had a really bad experience with another property earlier, so my review was probably biased since this one was a lifesaver 1) Great reception service. It seemed there was a new receptionist in training present with an employee of the hotel. Showed my booking, then asked me to deposit RM200. They gave 2 cards, one is an access card for basement parking, another one for the room. I parked my car in the basement & went straight to the hotel room. 2) Room was great. Booked a one bedroom apartment suite. Another queen bed was placed in between the TV & the bedroom. Comfy bed & pillows. Great for a good night rest after being scammed off another property earlier. The room came with a kitchen (microwave, 2 door fridge, & kettle available). All plates, mugs, cutleries were provided. With some teabags, 3in1 coffee, sugar etc. TV was ok. Less channels available than my previous stay here. Possibly because of covid travel restrictions, hence less budget. Toilet was clean & great. With quality fittings. I was given a room at level 3, and it directly opened up to a window of a house in nearby residential area. Not complaining though. 3) Checkout was a breeze. I gave the access cards (so need to come out of the basement first), got my deposit back & we were on our way.

Nothing much. Due to covid, maybe they had serviced a few lower levels only. And it's ok. Thanks for having us.

Very spacious room even with an additional sofa bed in. There's also fully functional kitchen and laundry room, which is convenient for longer stay. Room was clean regularly, staffs were friendly and polite.

Kitchen didn't have enough cooking amenities like pots and pans. Utensils are also not complete/enough for the 3 people staying, but were later provided upon request. One of the lift and washing machine in laundry room was out of order during our stay.

Fast and efficient check-in, easy in and out of the hotel, not crowded. Location is good and easy to go to places, for those with their own cars.

Ground floor coffee shop should open on Sundays, only a bit inconvenient to walk a bit to get breakfast on a Sunday. Room walls a bit thin and a noisy neighbour could spoilt your day. Car park needs a bit of clean-up.

Cleanliness, location, nearby food outlets and restaurants

Basement Parking are dirty and flooding during heavy rain. Parking slot are narrow and small. for SUV it will protrude out. Limited and Insufficient slots during peak period. The Web Booking shows Double Twin Beds- which in actual fact it’s a two single beds. Big confusion as “twin beds” is not single bed!

The room is quite spacious. Love the minimalist concept and airconds placement were very adequate. Plus, the kitchen stove is well equipped! The Suite is very close to main eateries and malls, so its quite convenient. Bring your own cutleries though.

The Basement parking is a bit tight and looks old and very worn out compared to the hotel itself. But you can opt to park outside, though its much safer to park indoors.

No breakfast but the location was fantastic for food and amenities and distance to places we wanted to go. This is why we come back here every year without fail

I feel if there is a rule to putting a mask on, even staff should adopt the practice but one didn't which made us feel uncomfortable. The air conditioning was a little problematic.

Huge room, excellent facilities for the price, decent location. Room has decent view and great facilities in the room itself such as a full fridge and freezer, kitchen and utensils.

Flooring can be improved slightly as there were some bubbles in the vinyl but otherwise nothing that I dislike

spacious suites with decent calming views. high speed wifi, good facilities in the room. with this level of comfort, this hotel should be upgraded to 4 stars. very recommended
