Nice location... please consider this if you all wanna stay in penang. Value for money.. The staff were also very kid and prepared us with parking. Overall, I love this place.

The check-in process is easy. The staff were helpful. The room are nice if you just want to sleep and not stay in the room all the time. It's comfortable enough. There's fridge in the hallway for you to use but it's a shared fridge. There's a water dispenser also, so it's great if you want a cold water. Overall it a nice place to stay and easy access to foods places

The toilet has a urine like smell. It's not too strong, but you can smell it sometimes. I know it's not us because we smell it when we first check into the room.

Friendly staff, good location, clean and comfortable room, got hairdryer..the person to contact is super helpful and nice. I will stay here next time but other room😁

Location of my room is at the entrance,next to 7Eleven ,water dispenser and sitting table make me feel disturb with noise. No extra lock on the door for more privacy and safety...eventhough still need to enter the room area with access card..i still feel unsafe.

Location wise is perfectly good, food court is right outside.

The air conditioner has some noises, bit irritating when at night coz the noise disrupted our sleep. Limited parking lot.

Facilities MANTAP 🥰 it is worth for the price, srsly ! we got rm146 for 4 person. You cant expect more for the cheap price isn't it? Hshshsh Act I think this place will be scary at first , but then it is TOTALLY NOT A SCARY place, im glad 😭❤️ they got 7eleven below the property while in front of the place, there were small food stall n so many people there. So I assumed they were famous places. It is very convenient for us as customers. Btw, I agree with all of others reviews.

I really liked the cleanliness of the room and the toilet. The toilet was clean and the water pressure was strong. So I was able to enjoy my shower. The room was quiet even though it was located near gurney hawker centre. The location was strategic and the price was more than reasonable. I'd definitely get this place again the next time I'm in Penang!

Easy self check-in and check-out. All the basic needs of accomodation provided. My room is with window. Food outlets is just outside the premises. Gurney Plaza is just a stone throws away. Ample pillows and big bed.

The towels are rough and does not feel absorbent. TV channel does not work. The towel hangers are too far back.

i love how comfortable the place was and most importantly it was so strategic with varieties of food, mall just nearby and beach. Love how the staffs were so friendly and welcoming. overall, im satisfied and planning to come again. the place provides you with a shared fridge and iron.

the toilet flush was a bit hard to press, maybe that could have been better especially when we’re bringing old people or children.

Cheap and comfortable. Didn’t expect to get very comfortable rooms since the price is so cheap. RM 50 price for a complete necessities such as hair dryer, air cond, tv , wifi, and water heater is more than enough.

A lot of nice food nearby hotel, just opposite and downstair have 7-11, it is so convenient :)

Noises nearby room can be heard clearly :( A lot of people smoke in the room because I can't stop smelling very strong smoke :(
