very spacious, clean and include all facilities

didn’t know it’s a home stay, the name of the property is different from listed in booking.com I had hard time locating it using the name listed in booking.com I had to call a few time then finally got the instructions on how to get the keys via whatapps.

Residence Facilities, however the security guard just shut down the lights without any advise at the swimming pool at 2130H while its operation supposed to be until 2200H; I booked 2BR and they upgraded my room to 3BR. Thank you again.

Check in process like a maze; Owner should have been informed in advance regards to the deposit procedure instead of last minute; Rooms has several defects which they should've fix it before new guest checks in. Overall with the price I paid, worth its location with food and beverage surrounded near the residence.

Cleanliness and the furniture. Simple kitchen appliances and utensils are also available. Nice ocean scenery.

There's a shower knob that needs to be repaired. Also maybe the owner should also provide the detergent for the washing machine. Iron needs to change to the quality one too.

It's an apartment with 3 rooms, which is spacious enough for a family. There are a lot of facilities at level 9.

However I only booked one room, hence only one room can be used. It's okay as it's a rule of thumb.
