The room is very clean and cozy. It has a warm ambience with tastefully arranged furniture. The soft lighting adds to the overall comfort, making it an ideal space for relaxation. The attention to detail is evident in every corner, from the neatly made bed to the artificial flowers placed on strategic places inside and outside the room. The clean, modern decor complements the room's tranquil atmosphere. It's the perfect place to unwind after a long day. I feel rejuvenated and at peace in this inviting sanctuary, truly a home away from home.

While daily housekeeping services are not provided, guests can request for towel changes at their convenience. The hotel staff will happily accommodate these requests.

This is my honest opinion and remarks on the hotel. I usually stay in hotels along Georgetown Macalister Road. This is my first reservation at the Seriential Hotel. The hotel and surroundings are stunning. The cleanliness is the main point. There is no dust indoors or in any communal areas. It's super clean and extremely comfortable. I chose the family room. The room is spacious, and the bathroom is enormous. I couldn't think of anything to complain about or change. Everything was wonderful. The water pressure was incredible. Those with sensitive skin may develop rashes or pimples after using a hotel's blanket or pillow. But nothing appeared up after I stayed here. They also have parking lots. If you are planning a trip to Penang, then do not hesitate to book this hotel. It comes highly recommended. Last but not least, kudos to the employees. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. It was overall a good experience during the stay..

When we first arrived in the room, the side lamp couldn't turn on. That was because they didn't change the bulb to a new one. Additionally, the bathroom had bad drainage. The water took a very long time to drain after showering and flooding if the shower was left running for too long. To rectify this, I would suggest that staff check the rooms to make sure all electrical appliances are working and to fix the drainage system in the bathroom.

Property is well managed, if someone is looking for comfort with cleanliness kindly go for it highly recomended. Reception is open till 7:30pm but they do provide small remote to operate all doors on enterance. If someone is driving so good news they have free parking available at property. There is a restaurant and Bar also open till 3am (if someone is interested in drinking)

No simple bar fridge to put water in the hot tropical weather. Not convenient asking for ironing each time. Wish simple international news channel in Engligh are enabled. Only local channels which I don't understand Malay.

Comfy bed comes along with the air purifier, good water pressure for the shower, next to the restaurant and surprisingly not very loud once the connecting door was shut

Room was very clean. Toilet also very clean. Bed comfortable. Got TV and Astro decoder. Limited channels though.

If you come back late on Friday night, the parking would be almost full due to line dancing activity. But the staff were great though, able to identify alternative parking place.
