Nice view, all the 3 rooms got sea view from the window. Clean house. Super comfortable bed & pillow. (5 stars hotel’s standard) All rooms got its own bathroom. Even got 1 extra bathroom at the backyard. The pool is stunning, also with seaview. And its huge too.

There are foreigners walking their dogs in the morning on the beach, they did their “business” on the beach. Kami terus tak jadi main air di pantai and we go to the pool instead.

Lots of space in the apartment, WiFi was fab, easy location for Grabs - nothing was too far. Comfortable and easy to get around from. Gym was decent - good range of equipment.

Pool was in the shade all day. Cleaners didn’t come once during our 3 day stay. Although it’s easy to get around from the property, there’s nothing walkable. But Grabs are cheap.

Excellent view. Very clean. Spent only 1 night so did not use facilities other than those in the apartment. Just make it a little more decorative and homely would be great. Deck chair on balcony?

I had an excellent stay at Tanjung Point Residences. The apartment was clean, spacious, and incredibly comfortable—definitely exceeded my expectations. The size and quality were impressive, making it great value for money. The facilities were top-notch. The swimming pool and jacuzzi were great for relaxing, and there’s also a gym and a shop on-site, which was super convenient. Laundry and physio services are available too—while we didn’t use them ourselves, they could definitely add to the comfort for longer stays. The location was ideal, with a nearby hawker center and a really good Turkish/Middle Eastern restaurant just a short walk away. There’s a basketball court very close by, and a local shopping mall within easy reach, so there’s no shortage of things to do in the area. The views were fantastic—sea views on one side and city views on the other, which made for a great setting. The staff was mostly friendly and helpful, which made the stay even more enjoyable. If I had to nitpick, there were just a few little things that weren’t worth mentioning, but nothing that detracted from the overall experience. I highly recommend Tanjung Point Residences—it’s definitely a place that offers great value for money and an enjoyable stay.

Great location, beachfront with views of Langkawi Island and other Islands, perfect views every morning from our balcony and the sound of the waves. Love the location, within 3mins walking distance to an outdoor Food court with heaps of street foods to explore, also about a 10-15 minutes walk up the road to a Shopping Center. The convenience shop downstairs is so helpful for daily needs like bread n milk so it’s perfect for long stay. The only thing is that there’s no washing machine in the Apartment itself which is very inconvenience and you would have to pay to use their laundry services located next to the pool which is costly for long term stay. Unlike other Apartments elsewhere which they included washing machine inside the Apartment so this is a minus point of this place. In all, we do enjoyed our stay here for near 2months, a 2bedroom with spacious open plan living and huge kitchen with all facilities. Yes, we would return to stay in this place as we love their Infinity pool and Gym as well. Their staff are always friendly and in particular I want to thank one of their reception guy staff Aswan for helping us to upgrade our room on that day, much appreciated his service to us.

Please add a washing machine inside the Apartment for the convenience of guest usage especially for long term stay.

The apartment was spacious, modern, well decorated, comfortable with everything we needed (apart from gin glasses!). All bedrooms were large and well equipped. It was spotlessly clean - lovely towels and bedding. The view was amazing - we were on the 31st floor with a large balcony. The air-con was super efficient. The infinity pool was beautiful - a large covered seating area, sun beds and the water very clean and refreshing. Pool towels were provided. The lifts were punctual and rapid. There was a handy small food store by the residences that served lovely coffees. All the staff were lovely - reception, cleaning and security. Our lights went out one night and an engineer was with us within minutes to sort. We felt very welcome and safe.

Nothing…. We are sun lovers and when we travelled (November) the sun didn’t get onto the pool or beach in front due to the buildings - this is not a negative re the residences at all. We shall ensure we return when the sun is higher in the sky!

The view from the balcony was awesome, and the beach was really pleasant. The sandy bottom and warm, gentle water made it an ideal swimming beach. The bar next door had good happy hour specials. I liked not being in the heart of Georgetown. It was really clean and check-in and check-out was easy.

They took a pre-auth on my card, which will take 1-2 weeks to return. Since they had my card details already, I wish they would just use that if there was an issue later. We had to have the room inspected before leaving, so they could have just charged me then if there was a concern. I liked that it wasn't right in town, but that did mean 20-30 minutes in a taxi to get to most restaurants, but that is not necessarily a negative.

The view to the sea was very impressive. The rooms were designed well and the staff were excellent, very kind, friendly and accommodating. At the base of the hotel there was a little convenience store open 24/7.

The cleaning was mediocre, the beds were fresh but the towels we got had brown spot stains on them like they hadn’t been washed properly. And there were a few dirty tiles in our bathroom which I just chose to not look at.. also if there are squirmish mothers the window and a door in the master bathroom opens fully to the outside..

This is a great choice if you’re on a budget, and you’re travelling as a family or group. We were a group of 3, and we stayed at one of their 3-bedroom apartments for 2 nights. Each night was less than US$120 only, and it could fit around 6 people comfortably. Each room had its own toilet and bath too. There was a living room, dining area, kitchen, but I can’t seem to recall if there is a laundry area too (please confirm with the property). There is also a 24-hour convenience store located next to the lobby downstairs. There is a beach area that is walking distance, and pool and gym facilities in the building. Penang is relatively small, so getting around via Grab (a ride sharing app) from here was pretty efficient and easy on the wallet.

This is not a hotel. Do not expect any restaurant on the property. The beach (like most beaches) isn’t really swimmable either. This is my opinion though, so swim at your discretion. There also wasn’t a house keeping service (again, it is not a hotel). You clean your own room. We only stayed for 2 nights, so it wasn’t an issue.
