Unnerving exit to main road. Very narrow and cant see oncoming traffic very well. Glass panel between toilet & room unsuitable for family stay.

The housekeeping is doing a good job in keeping the the room and hotel environment clean. Water pressure is strong. Self check in and check out make it more friendly users. Have a snack vendor machine.

The parking lot is not big.

Despite that it is near a roadside but amazingly it is quiet. Money worth and easy to check in/out, through its self service mode. Very clean room, and good bed to sleep in😁

There is a water dispenser at the lobby, if only owner can place a few paper cups by the dispenser.

They provide all basic need like shampoo, body wash, hair dryer, bath towel and toothbrush/toothpaste. The vending machine was a great idea. They even have water dispenser (free of charge) for you to get drinking water. Air-conditioning was great. Have own parking space. Good place and worth for money if you just need a place to sleep. The host was very helpful and the self check in/out was excellent.

Air-conditioning a bit noisy but not big deal for me as it was cold enough. Parking not really suitable for big SUV/MPV.

The Aircon is a bit old style that without wings and make the air quite dry

I came form selangor. During work stay, at check in, the staff very helpfull on process at entry door. When chek-out upon return home. Not aware, I have left one of my valuable small gadjet ( size of hand palm ) slide in the bedsheet. Been searching upon reach home but could not locate it. By whatapps, the admin info that the staff found the item dan the admin inform and ask about it to me. I come back the next week, the staff return the item safely. Really appreciate their honesty. Assure will come back.

Everything! Room and bathroom very clean. Surrounding also clean. Easy for parking. Instruction for self check-in. & check-out very easy and simple to understand. Got water dispenser and glass outside of the room. Air-condition function well, got mirror half body, provide toiletries (towel, toothbrush, toothpaste, body wash and shampoo). Room bigger for couple like us. Please come here.

A bit hassle to get water from outside, but okay laaa, still manageable. And way to come to Luna Hotel a bit jammed. Also during our stay, this hotel is fully booked, expect to have a bit noise coming from outside, people talking and walking, but manageable for us.

- There wasn't a kettle in my room but there a hot water machine in the lobby but didn't have tea or sugar besides it . You'd have to bring your own .. - non smoking policy and i respect it but at least should have a smoking area outside the villa with chairs or a seating bench - I could hear other people in other rooms as if the walls aren't soundproof

Location: Easy to locate, right at the centre of trafic. Nice building, keeping the heritage looks of it. Well kept and maintained. Ample of parking (free) despite tight corner around the property. Hotel: Interiror of the hotel simple and clean yet cosy. Very clean inside and outside the building. Easy and safe self check-in. Would prefer a vanity mirror in the room, its troublesome to get ready/do makeup when theres another person using the bathroom 🤭 Mattress cover would be a nice touch for added comfy, but bed and comforter are already so comfy, just the mattress is a tad bit hard to my likings (i still sleep soundly through the whole night tho💜) Tiny yellow mark on the toilet seat, probably from a ciggarette butt
