I honestly have no complaints. The king bed was so comfortable. The room was very clean. The staff was accommodating and very kind. The water pressure on the shower was perfect. The breakfast was always hot, and there was plenty. If they did run out, they replaced it quickly. My room was cleaned every day, and fresh towels were left. I felt safe being by myself. They also have black out curtains and I can not stress how important that was for me to get good sleep. I travel to Russellville often and will be staying here every time.

People can be loud in the hallway and slam their doors. It was quiet during later hours, though. So, it's not a big deal. But that's just normal hotel people stuff.

Hotel was easy to get to. Somehow the date got changed for our reservation, so had to call the hotel to change. Debra was very polite and helpful in getting our check in date changed for us. She was also very pleasant when we arrived. Rooms were nice and quiet. We had two rooms and had to use the hide-a-beds in both rooms. They were more comfortable than the ones we used at a different hotel on our travels.

Breakfast was not good. Biscuits were soggy on the bottom and gravy was awful. Probably one of the worst tasting gravies I have had. Sausage was good, but the eggs were not. We ended up going somewhere else to eat breakfast.

The room was amazing. The bed I wanted to strap to the top of my car and take home. Breakfast was great. I just wish they had more of a selection of eggs

The pool was slimming. And made my skin and body feel gross. I didn't like the camera in the corner of the room, and my daughters were swimming, and the front desk lady kept walking by they felt weird swimming

It was quiet, soft bed, clean, great coffee and breakfast, toasty luxurious shower, cable, microwave and mini fridge, big room with lots of places to store things, good lighting, and can walk to wonderful restaurant. My daughter and boyfriend also liked the heated pool and free wifi.

I liked the pillows, but my daughter wasn't a fan of the little square pillows. 2

It was very clean. The rooms are modern and updated. The blackout curtains were amazing. The beds were comfortable. The showerheads were actually at a decent height. The breakfast had a large variety: eggs, sausage, waffles, and yogurt. It was close to the freeway. It was the best Days Inn we have stayed in so far.

Location was good. Price of room I thought was reasonable. Hotel was clean . Staff was very friendly. Room was nice except for shower curtain bracket.

The room was nice but, you could hear the other guests in their room. The rooms to me were not very quiet. The shower curtain rod bracket was coming out of the wall therefore the shower curtain would sag to the middle. The refrigerator was noisy when the compressor would kick in.

I LOVED the comfy pillow top bed and close access to the exercise room and pool. I was excited to see a very nice recumbent bike because it allowed me to keep up my physical therapy after having total knee replacement surgery recently. It was so nice to have the exercise room all to myself as well as the indoor pool, which was awesome! The exercise room was well equipped with everything you'd want in an exercise room and the continental breakfast was nice and had a little bit of something for everyone.

The ONLY complaint I have is the fact the water is very hard! When taking a shower, the soap and shampoo had no lather at all. I've never experienced such hard water in my life and there are no hooks whatsoever to hang towels or a bathrobe in the bathroom. There's lots of space to put some hooks in there, but nope, NONE..not even a single stick on COMMAND HOOK🤷🏻‍♀️ That would be something very inexpensive to do in the bathrooms. I found myself hanging towels and bathing suits over chairs and anyplace I could find.

The breakfast was great with lots of options. The strawberry waffles were awesome. The location was very convenient and close to everything. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They had excellent customer service.

The room seemed a little cramped. There weren't any chairs to sit in, so we had to sit on the bed. The elevators seemed to be slow. It was quicker to take the stairs.

Location is great. It is not far from shopping, restaurants, and other conveniences. Hotel smells clean and fresh when you walk in. Breakfast has options and is well stocked.

Pool may need a cleaning. It was usable but chemicals were strong and it was a bit cloudy.

This was an amazing hotel for the price. We were traveling and enjoyed our first night enough that we decided to stay a second night. We had a different room for the two nights and both rooms were extremely clean. The breakfast in the morning was very good as well. I would highly recommend this Days Inn.
