Room was very clean. Great ac and heater! Amazing indoor pool with a place to grill! Breakfast was great!! Fresh fruit and homemade cookies are set out daily!

Most of the staff in the front had sour faces. Not one smile. Not friendly people. The blonde lady who did the breakfast was fantastic. Was nice to see someone who enjoys their job. She was very friendly.

Front desk staff very helpful, took all the time needed to respond to any customer question. when there was something work with the room, they had it fixed within minutes. Breakfast was well rounded with many choices, and they never had to wait long if a food item ran out.

Bathroom fan did not work and was never fixed during our stay. Thought that the room should have been attended and resupplied more; was up to us to ask for more TP or something else when I think a quick pop in, and supply would have helped. Not a biggy, mention it to the desk and poof at your room in no time.

The room and bathroom were spacious and the TV remote actually worked! The complimentary fruit, coffee and cookies as well as the hot breakfast in the mornings were much appreciated. The bag of goodies to take on our trip home were a very pleasant surprise! If I'm ever in the Clarksville area again I'll be sure to book my stay there.

Rooms were clean and nice and roomy. Lobby are is very open and welcoming. All staff were friendly and smiled and said hi when I saw them.

Do let the outside stop you from staying here, it almost did it to me. It just didn't have the feel of a " Regular Hampton"(only a 2 story building) and the parking lot just looked a little dated, but the minute you walk in, it's very clean and welcoming.

Breakfast (mainly eggs and sausage) needs improvement. What appeared to be a homeless person was roaming around in the hotel approaching staff.

Bedding was soft and bed/pillow was comfortable. Shower had good pressure.

Carpet felt wet when walking barefoot. Terrible smell like pet urine but maybe mildew?

The staff breakfast was excellent particularly like getting coffee at anytime, coffee drinkers. I even got a birthday treat! 😊

Please take that old chair out of the room

Perfect location to spend the night after driving from Albuquerque on our way to Nashville. Will stay here again!
