This hotel was great. The staff were super friendly both at check in and out. Location was great right off the interstate and easy to get to! This was a fairly recent build it was very clean, beds were comfortable. It has an indoor pool small but nice we didn’t get to swim but we did go look at it .. overall was a great place to stay and the Starbucks was an added bonus

I love that the sheets were clean , the staff were extremely helpful and amazing. I have no complain towards the staff working , my only issue issue is the bathroom is smelled like cigarettes and the place was dirty there was the previous people things under the bed, we have two kids and we made sure they didn’t wonder around. The sheets were clean and super comfortable. The only reason I’m giving this place a good review is just because the bed was good.

Pillows definitely could have been better. They look like big thick comfortable pillows but as soon as you lay on them they are very very flat. No support what so ever. Then the TV, you could not click on any of the channels to watch.

What wasn’t there to like? It was absolutely perfect! The front desk lady was exceptional, so friendly and very informative. The gentleman who checked us out had the biggest smile, so pleasant. The facilities were very clean and orderly. The lobby was big and open, including a seating area and Starbucks. As we walked into our room, you could smell the clean aroma. (I love the smell of bleach in the bathroom) Beds were extremely comfortable and the bathroom was clean as a whistle. I noticed the bathroom had all Kohler brands, quality. It was a nice treat to have body wash, shampoo, & conditioner already in the shower, mounted with easy pump access. I can’t say enough how pleased we are about our stay with you. We didn’t experience any of the amenities or the breakfast since our stay was quick. The location of the hotel was right off the interstate. Coming and going were quick and simple. Next time we travel to Northwest Arkansas in the future, we’ll definitely be staying here.

I wasn't aware that breakfast wasn't included in the cost. The only option was to purchase from the in hotel Starbucks. We had to get breakfast elsewhere. There aren't any shower doors (the modern open shower concept) so water splashed out onto the floor.

Location was good. Did not get a chance for the breakfast. I found a restaurant called The Old South it was very good. I enjoyed my stay. I will book there again if I’m every in the that part of town.

The staff member who checked me in was very nice. She listened to me and accommodated my request for a quiet area when I had literally had booked about 5 minutes before I walked through the door.

The room was spacious. Nice size bathroom. Comfortable bed. My wife loved the Starbucks in the lobby. The staff was accommodating and let us check in early.
