We did not eat the food as it is not our kind of food. It was very convenient for us as we had two dogs. The cleaning staff was overly loud in the mornings. Our room was two doors down from their laundry room. The gentleman at the front desk was extremely friendly, helpful, kind and accommodating. The smell of bleach was overwhelming. It would be better to use a healthier product that disinfects without the toxicity of bleach. Look into organic alternatives. A real coffee pot would be a lot better than what is presently in the rooms.

This is our second time here and staff was friendly.
It was a smoking room so they have to use an ozone machine and it was really strong smell. Just wished they could have aired it out a few hours before we got there. It was ok after the first day.

That bed was amazing!
A few little cleanliness issues, my mother in law and I have stayed in several rooms.and they all have cracks where light is visible around the doors.. this time it lead to stink bugs getting in through the cracks.

The gentleman checking us in was friendly, helpful, very intuitive to my needs and questions. We got to talk with the manager. Very nice and friendly.
The lady that checked us out was friendly but not very professional.

Probably the cleanest hotel room I’ve stayed in in quite some time. Although the hotel had some age, the room was updated and the bed was beyond comfortable. I’ll definitely stay there again!

Very friendly Front desk lady. After we checked out, about 30 minutes driving down the freeway I get a call. The hotel was calling me to let me know I left something in the room. How awesome is that!! Now that is service. This is my 2nd time staying at this hotel and if I’m ever in Clarksville I would stay here and only here.

Close to interstate highway
Walls in bathroom and light switches were dirty. Light on nightstand wouldn’t work despite changing bulbs. Another light lacked plugs for charging phones. The beds were too soft and sagged in middle (need to replace)

The staff were not only professional but very friendly. The room was clean, comfortable, and they made sure that it was conveniently located. Awesome breakfast! And the pool was well maintained.
It was hard to get out of the driveway due to the location on a hill.

Bed and room was clean and comfortable. Hot breakfast was great. We had to leave early and they had the breakfast set up early so we could grab something hot and go. Employees were friendly and helpful.

Rooms were clean. Beds were comfy. Breakfast was exceptional and they even provided omelets! Loved the smaller size pancake of 4 individual circles instead of 1 giant one. The pool was a blessing after a long, hot day.
The mini refrigerator was not very cool.
