Most important for me is the comfort of the bed. And it was perfect. We knew what to expect as far as the kitschy decor and that was kinda fun. But it was all clean and the room smelled good. No covered up odors!! Could use a bit of maintenance but overall satisfied our needs for a good night's sleep. Restaurant next door had good burgers and delicious salad, home made blue cheese dressing. And no issues with safety. Would recommend if you know what to expect and the price was great

The staff were very patient & considerate. The facilities weren't flawlessly perfect, but very clean & comfortable. The style of the rooms was pretty neat. A departure from your usual generic motel stylings, but not in a bad way. I grew up in the town it's in & it has been there as long as I can remember (the 80's). The front office did have an "off" smell, but the rooms were clean & smelled fine. No signs of bed bugs or other motel horrors.

Good welcome , allowed to check in early , parking outside safe , near to the town , we went to a local place called the Arkansas Brewing Company , food was great and got to meet all the lovely local folk , had a brilliant night , the owner bought everyone at the bar a drink , people were fantastic , as the song goes “ What a Night “

A little off the beaten path and from the outside looks like nothing special, but the rooms are quiet and comfortable. There's a restaurant right next door with great food at reasonable prices and the friendliest wait staff you'll ever meet.

The decor is a bit - I don't know how to describe it - dated? It's like someone got a reeeeeeally good deal on modern/minimalist furniture. It's not unpleasant, just unexpected.

We travelled out of town for a pre-planned brunch in another town.

The absolute only thing I was disappointed in was the pillows. There were 6 which would have been great if they had varied in plushness. The ones we had were all very firm. So was difficult to get my neck/head comfortable. Usually bring my own but we were on motorcycles. But wasnt a deal breaker😊. Still loved the place.

The outside of the building looked a little rough, but the inside was remodeled very well. Overall was very comfortable and staff was very friendly and willing to help. Don't let the outside fool you, perfectly serviceable hotel at an affordable price.

The appearance of the outside of the building could definitely scare some people off, but it was a great little hotel once you got inside. The Staff was extremely helpful, but wasn't at the front desk when I arrived - I had to ring the bell a couple of times to get a response.

The rooms were great except the problem with the shower head but they fixed it immediately. They need some security because somebody on top rooms sprayed lotion all over my cross with 300 new car, but we just ignored it wipe it all down and went and washed it. The rooms and staff were great.

Needs cleaned in the front. But was still clean. Will be staying again

It was really nice we have stayed there before. No problems with anything. Only problem we have is that they take a deposit of 100 dollars and we have not seen it put back on our card. We left the room in no mess. I even made sure I picked up the towels and put them in a pile for easy pick up.

The room was very clean and so nice. It seemed to have been newly renovated. It was an adorable family run hotel. There was a convenient and delicious diner right next door. We will definitely make this our hotel if we get that way again.

Owner was very nice and welcoming! Room was very clean! You can tell the owner is definitely putting some love into it. I would stay here again!

Exterior could use some love. But it's really not that bad, especially for a small town. Rooms are really what made this stay worth it!
