First thing I want to say… is that we planned the stay to be from Saturday-Thursday. We ended up having to come a day early, so I added Friday night on booking while driving down. The lady at the desk when we got there later that night was able to keep us in the same room, instead of having to switch rooms. That made things easier. I appreciated that. This was a nice stay. The room was spacious (we got the family deluxe). It was like a tiny one bedroom apartment minus a kitchen. There was a fridge and microwave that work good. The bed was comfortable and we slept pretty well.

The room could have used a little more lighting, but nothing that would make me not want to come back.

One of the reasons why I chose this location was because someone else had provided feedback that this La Quinta had a very good breakfast and they were right. I was traveling for a few days and this location far exceeded the others in comfort as well as a very enjoyable breakfast. So for me the slightly higher rate was acceptable.

When compared to other places that I stayed during my trip, La Quinta was above and beyond the rest. When you find a good thing, don't ruin it by focusing on the negative. Still, I don't recall anything that I didn't like.

Location is good for us. Parking is acceptable. Staff is available if needed. We were pleased with breakfast options. We were glad the pool was functioning. We used it a few times. This is our third stay here so we generally find it acceptable on size of room, cost, and location. Restaurants are near by and it's a quick on and off the interstate.

We don't mind to help by not having the room cleaned every day. In fact, we prefer that. But help us by giving us a couple of extra trash bags without having to ask or improvise. I do not like that we were placed at the interstate side of the hotel again. It is noisy and there is a huge spot light at night on this side of the property. It takes some finagling to block the light through the curtain cracks. I'll check about suite locations by calling the hotel before booking to clarify the next time. I asked for the opposite side of the interstate and not near the elevator if possible this time having learned from our last two stays. The hotel did not seem full enough at all to not meet these requests. But if all suites are on the interstate side, that explains that.

Breakfast was very good, hot, variety of breakfast foods. Plentiful. Same with the drink options and my family (15-20) ranged from 7-75 y/o the breakfast options hit everyone's taste buds! Lol Every family member enjoyed the stay, even though our purpose of visit to russellville was for a funeral. Front desk was beyond accommodating! Friendly, they even managed to get all 5 families on same floor neighboring each other, that was so helpful!!

I did forget to report to front desk that the ice maker on 3 was very noisy and got louder. I even checked and compared to another machine on another floor.

No general issues with the property. Desk staff was nice. Breakfast room was stocked and easy to use. Room smelled clean and seemed clean. Easy access to interstate and food choices.

We were sandwiched within a large group. No real issues or big noise after 11pm but at check in they made us aware of it and had changed our room, upgraded which was appreciated, but still in the mix of this group they knew of. May not have been a way around that. We weren't aware how badly the interstate facing side is affected by road noise. Not anything that can be changed but very noticeable. Would like to try the non-interstate side in the future to see if that is better.

Breakfast food was properly prepared and tasty. Dining area was clean and well stocked.

The carts available for moving luggage, etc to/from the room were terrible. They had no place for hang ups, and the requirement to continually hold down the bar on the handle made it impossible to simultaneously open the door and push the cart into the room. Almost a game changer.

Traveling cross country with 2 cats and I made sure to do my research! This place had wonderful reviews and I can confirm that it was clean comfortable! Slept comfortably and the hotel had Good water pressure in the shower. My cats settled in nicely as well :) the breakfast was good! Definitely a good hotel to stop in for the night!

I did laundry late because a guest took a while to flip their clothes to the dryer. This is not the properties fault by any means. Just a long day on the road and I wanted to clean my clothes before bed.

The room was spacious. The bed was comfortable. The hotel looked and smelled clean. The pool and hot tub was awesome. Having a recliner in my room was an unexpected pleasant surprise!

The breakfast could have been better. It would be awesome if they would have bacon. Not everyone likes sausage.

The staff was wonderful! The hotel was very nice. The breakfast was the best! The dining room was clean. The indoor pool was really enjoyable!! My grandkids had a fantastic time swimming!!!

There could have been more than one waist basket in the room. There was a small waist basket in the bathroom. Overall, it was great!

The nicest and cleanest LA Quinta I have stayed in yet! I usually avoid them like a plague, but after viewing pictures and looking at a few other reviews, we gave it a try for a night because pricing was very reasonable, and it did not disappoint in any way!!

My only complaint, even though it didn't bother me, would be that the bathroom light could have been a little brighter.
