Fantastic location with a bus stop directly in front of the hotel. Very clean. Friendly staff. Great breakfast. Well worth going half board with lovely food each evening, including an amazing salad bar. Each evening a new theme - Tirol Night, Sushi Night, Dessert Buffet night... Good variety. Beds extremely comfortable. A choice of using the sauna in-house (clothes on) or in sister hotel next door (clothes off, optional). Fitness equipment available - tread mill, x-trainer, bike and basic weight machines. Heated pool outside. Lots of sun beds and chairs outside. Plenty of towels and blankets on hand to use. Sauna open from 15h - 20h. One sauna super hot (>= 90C) and one just "warm".

The price of wine and other drinks are expensive - from 30 Euro or so upwards for a bottle of wine. A glass of very basic (but tasty) wine costs ca. €5 or €6. Fizzy house water (probably from the tap, chilled and carbonated) €4.20 for a 75cl flask. We stayed clear of buying expensive drinks because - frankly speaking - the prices were above what we were prepared to pay. Probably did our livers good though :-) The only other little quibble is that the ventilation / extraction in the en suite loo was not that great - so "smells" took a while to go. A tin of air freshener would be a good addition to help keeping the air a little fresher...

The hotel is beautifully decorated, with a modern style. We stayed in a family room for 4, which was very spacious, very stylish with mountain theme, large modern bathroom with robes for all of us. Very close to the pool & spa area. The breakfast was one of the best we’ve had, fresh juicer and a delicious spread to start the day. The dinner was equally delicious, with a four course meal, lovely restaurant and the staff were so friendly and kind. Nothing g is too much. Location is great, right in the centre, and next to the bus stop a short walk to cable cars. We would love to stay here again, and would highly recommend.

All staff member, including front desk, kitchen and waiters are perfect. From first day, they remembered my allergy of milk and prepared all food accordingly.

Parking can be difficult or challenging, but available. We had half board included and during dinner water was served on request. Staff also remimded us that it is included. However on the day of our departure we were faced with 4,6€/bottle (re-usable bottles filled with tap water) bill to be paid. I think this could be better communicated moreover, all places include tap water in the bill when half board is included

The lift was close to the location, ca. 350 m walking distance. You have a nice locker room where you can store the equipment. There is a decent spa area, you also have the possibility to book massages. The staff was friendly. The Gym is small but very nice constructed. Good working WiFi Connection. Clean and quiet rooms.

The breakfast doesn't offer much of a variety. If you are staying more than 5 days you kinda get bored of it. I was also expected more local treats to taste. The outside parking is directly on the street, so don't wonder if your car gets new scratches or gets dirtier day by day. In theory you have the possibility of booking a spot in the garage. The Spa closes at 19:00 ... so, if you spent the whole day skiiing there is not that much time remaining for you to relax. You can use the outdoor whirlpools if you don't mind the not very clean water inside of them. The Sauna located inside is a little bit smelly.

In general, very nice staff! I will highlight the Restaurant, Bar, Breakfast and Room Service. Facilities are ok, including the après-ski ones (swim pool, jacuzzi, spa, etc)

Very poor or poor support from Reception Desk…Even if you tip them as I did from the beginning of our stay they were not able or didn’t wish to provide any support for restaurants bookings of even taxi! So, don’t count on them…Also, for a full fledge 4* hotel among many other 4* competitors in the vicinity, you don’t get anything in your room! Neither a complementary bottle of water or the possibility to prepare by yourself a coffee once you wake up! Really surprising, as I experience during years many other 4* or even 5* hotels in the villages of Val Gardena. I don’t understand the Management of this hotel…therefore I will not come back or recomand it to anyone of my friends.

Everything is perfect in this hotel!! The front desk is SUPER nice to us. The room has a balcony with awesome view. Free parking space. Close to all trails and cable car stations. Thank you again for the lovely front desk recommending us to go to Col Raiser and to Seceda. This option is less crowded with greater view. Highly highly recommend this hotel. Clean, pretty, nice, welcoming, everything.

I liked the hotel, friendly staff, fulfilled all requests. The rooms are cool, the batteries are cold in the morning, but this is the case everywhere in Italy. The water is also not hot enough, it needs to be passed for a long time. We left in a hurry and left the jewelry, called the hotel, told them and asked them to find it, we knew exactly where the two rings were, but the staff did not find anything, although we indicated the exact location. This overshadowed the whole vacation , two wedding rings remained at the hotel.

We were missing more variety of hot dishes, also some quality italian cheese and salamis, deserts, etc for breakfast. It was not bad at all, but little bit simple and very common.

Their system of dinner, where you have only one menu per day, either you like it or not. Portions are ridicoulously small (I know that you have more dishes, but literally 5 gnocchi for main dish…).

Excellent location for skiing. short waling distance from the lifts if you don't want to wait for the ski bus. The Spa was very nice - the kids enjoyed it very much. breakfast was very nice.

during the ski season where everyone eats breakfast at the same time the staff had a hard time keeping up. There was no option for late checkout or to shower in the Spa after the ski.

I didn’t like that the property charged 35 euros per day to have your pet stay. I think this is Rather excessive for that standard of hotel. I also think as hotels can be booked non refundable, they should include the cost of a pet stay in the advert before you book. That way you have choice. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel however I would not have booked this hotel if I had know at time of booking, the extra charge of 70 euros for a two nights stay for our dog.
