Very convenient to stay here the night before our morning flight. Free airport shuttle was easy to book with the staff during check in and made it super easy and stress-free to get to Pudong airport. A breakfast buffet was included in our stay and though we didn't have much time to enjoy it, everything we tried was nice and it again made our morning easier. The staff had limited English but communicated through translation apps when needed and were very friendly and helpful. There is a small supermarket across the road and a few restaurants around.

The walk from the metro station was a little further than expected (10-15min) and there was not much room on the footpath in places due to the many scooters parked there. Suggest it may be worth getting a taxi from the metro station.

Airport shuttle is included, just remember to inform the hotel of which flight you will be arriving and leaving with (I didn't and they justifiably didn't know when to pick me up, but I managed to call them from the airport and we managed to have me picked to and dropped at the hotel although only some of the staff speaks English). Big room, with all the amenities you could need slippers, bathrobes, kettle, Water, Tea, coffee, toiletries) and more, they even had laundry service. The breakfast was very nice, they had a wide variety of options, both Chinese and Westren, although the Chinese breakfast options were the most delicious, the breakfast also included a variety of drinks e.g. juices, tea, coffee, milk... I noticed many people also were given the option to bring their breakfast with them to the airport if they did not have time to eat before leaving. And shuttle back to the airport was also included and scheduled upon your arrival. Many nice restaurants and convenience stores down the street, also banks where you can take out money if needed. Also, there was airconditioning which could be turned on and off at the hotel.

Comfortable bed and spacious and clean room. Love love the pressure of the shower. Very friendly and helpful staff. The location is superb as it's very convenient for eating out. Lots of eateries just outside the hotel and near the hotel. I like the airport transfer as well. Great buffet breakfast. An extremely comfortable 5 days 4 nights stay. We are already planning to come back to Shanghai and want to stay at the hotel again.

The train station is about 15 min walk away but it's a pleasant walk. That's the only thing I don't like.

I liked everything about this place. It was super clean and comfy. It had everything you needed for a perfect. There was plenty of excellent facilities in the room. Very good quality towels, toothbrush and slippers for a hotel room. Super clean modern and new bathroom. I didn't know that I need to arrange for the shuttle before my arrival. So. when I arrived there, I asked a Sim card shop staff in the airport who kindly helped me and called hotel. Hotel reception sent their free shuttle in half an hour. I was really surprised with their level of commitment.

This is a well run hotel. The staff were fantastic and willing to help in whatever way they can. From the front desk to the kitchen and cleaning staff. I love them all. The location is fantastic. A few blocks away from the Shanghai metro you can go anywhere in Shanghai. The facility is surrounded by interesting eateries, shops and a huge shopping mall. For first time visitors, take the metro to Science and Tech museum metro station and do all the shopping you want. You can also get custom made clothing there. We had fun, thanks to the hotel and staff.

There's nothing not to like here.

The hotel has a free shuttle to and from Pudong Airport and it's really on time. You need to book the shuttle during check in. Pretty close to Chuansha Metro Station. And if you are someone who needs to eat halal food, there is also halal resto that is very very close to the hotel. The breakfast was good, but it'll be better if they could provide cold milk for cereals. They provide 3 bathrobes, 2 for adults and 1 for kid. Same for slippers. The toothbrush and toothpaste is not provided in the room, but the staff will ask you when you check in whether you bring your own toothbrush or not, and if not, they will give you one. You can also take sewing kit, razor, hair tie, etc. at the receptionist. The delivery robot was cool!

It'll be perfect if the staff could speak basic English since it is a hotel that is close to international airport. They still provide you the best they can through translation site in their phone to communicate though.

Easy communication through we chat app with staff regarding booking and the free airport shuttle. We landed and was through customs by 6am and shuttle was there to pick us up as soon as we came out. Decent size room and big shower! The free breakfast was SENSATIONAL! with both Western and chinese options and all tasted YUM. Location easy walk to many many shops and restaurants and not far to airport (15 to 25 ish minutes, depending on traffic). Overall, pleasant stay.

Hotel smelled of smoke in areas

Amazing service and a comfortable place. Providing a shuttle bus to Disneyland and airport. Preparing takeaway breakfast for us when we need to leave early to the airport. The location is great as it's close to the subway station and local market. Highly recommended!!! You did a great job , Maixinge Boutique hotel team....

We really enjoyed the breakfast which offered a good variety of foods. The waiting staff was wonderful especially given a language barrier. The front desk was very helpful, even assisting us in arranging the forwarding of our baggage. Special thanks to Yuan Yuan, Xiao Mei and Xiao Liu who were always ready to assist us, even using translating apps as necessary.

Breakfast was great value! room was super comfortable! and it was so easy to contact the hotel for the airport shuttle. We went into the city and the hotel was close to transport, walking distance, which made it easy and smooth. Nice and close to the airport. the room was quiet and very comfortable. They let us check in early, which was amazing after a long plane trip!
