Location: The hotel is situated in a small town which is like around a 10-15 mins drive away from the Airport, the hotel provides free transport to the airport and they are able to cater to your flight timing, we extended our check out from 12pm to 4pm as our flights are at 720pm, do let the front desk staffs know in advance, do remind them too about your flight details so they will arrange for DiDi for you. Food & Entertainment: There are a stretch of food, cafes along the streets and a drug store, Lawson is just below the hotel. So it is pretty convenient to walk around in the evening time when the sun are set, the noon sun is not advisable to walk.. haha Hotel: I was surprise by the interior of the hotel, it doesnt have a theme but everything just adds up! Clean and laundry room is available 24/7. The room has all basic amenities that are needed and the bed, the bed is so so so comfy. I like the platform seating and also the little balcony area. Overall: I booked this hotel as it was near to airport and provides free shuttle, the rest are all additional bonus , rooms are great , location is good and quiet enough to chill , supermarkets are around, you can chill either in your own room or outside. And biggest thanks to the Front desk staffs for their prompt response always. :) If you ask, yes, i will be staying there again for sure.

Great location. Lovely and helpful staff. Easy check-in/check-out. Beautifully decorated rooms. The balcony. The free airport shuttle provided (note that it only leaves at exact times) Breakfast was ok. If they could provide heating for the colder days, then we would definitely stay here again, as it's a lovely place.

There is no heating. And the room was quite chilly. We asked for a heater, but it did not have the power to heat up the room very quickly. So that is a minus I am afraid. Feeling constantly cold is not comfortable at all. The shower wasn't hot either, it was just warm. The remote control was not working. They've provided new batteries and it was still not working. We just swapped the remote control with another from a different room and then it worked. Unfortunately, the lack of heat in our room mattered a lot to us.

Breakfast is mostly based on an Eastern Diet, which is not necessarily appetising for Western culture. But I would not rate the breakfast as bad. We were there for 3 days. Location is close to the airport, which is very good, but the area is very Chinese and we struggled to find a decent place to eat and have a glass of wine. Restaurants do not take credit cards in that area. The waiters do not speak or understand English and it makes is very difficult to order something. My perception was that they would rather not serve you, than to try to help you. If you are visiting as a tourist, rather choose a hotel closer to the city centre.

Hotel has very beautiful interior design and decor , very calming and zen. The lady owner and staff were very helpful and made our stay very wonderful. So helpful with sharing their knowledge of places to visit and apps to use. Breakfast was also lovely and in a very nice area with a beautiful garden outside. Love the little touches offered by the hotel eg free sweets and snacks and tea, free fragrance pouches and activity areas for guests and kids. Very nice boutique hotel if you need to stay nearer the Pudong airport or visit Shanghai Disneyland.

Distance is further from city Center but good choice to Disneyland.

My teenage daughter and I chose to stay here for an overnight stay over somewhere like Holiday Inn due to the character (Aesthetics) and genuine feel of being in China, a sample due to our short stay. The staff were lovely, from the front desk to the cleaning staff. Our room was already warm (we stayed during December) upon arrival, large comfy beds were welcome, plenty of space with little essential touches, while remaining uncluttered. A genuine feel, experience of Chinese every day culture. Definitely pick the airport transfer to and from, awesome communication via message. Warm tea upon arrival. Breakfast was given for free upon check in, well worth it. Got to sample genuine cultural breakfast with options of continental touches. Area was quiet too - good place to explore from, rest and get a good night’s sleep. Would come back here :))

This is an amazing hotel for a layover stay near Shanghai airport. The hotel rate was very reasonable and great value for money. From the moment we were picked up at the airport, to our arrival we felt so welcome and very well looked after. The staff were amazing. The lady who picked us up was so nice, the reception team (Ian, Hui, Thomas) were very welcoming and helpful, and the lovely lady chef made us the most amazing food at breakfast. It was 5 courses of tasty home cooked food. The bed in the superior room is HUGE - I have never stayed anywhere with a bed of this size for the great rate that we paid. This will be my go to hotel when I have a layover in Shanghai. It could also work if you are visiting the city, if you don't mind being a bit further out during your trip.

Superb room size, very calming decor, enormous bed, lots of natural light, room had everything you needed. Very restful after a flight from Tokyo into Hongqiao Airport. Only stayed one night as a stopover. Convenient for Pudong Airport about 15 mins in a taxi. Super breakfast spread. Really helpful and friendly staff. Very chilled environment. Very close are a good array of restaurants and a minimarket (and a childrens playground/funfair). Good value for money too. Would have been a puzzle to find if our taxi driver hadn't known the way to it! Would loved to have stayed longer, would highly recommend, thanks very much for a lovely end to our month of travelling.

Great service from staff, especially the aunty who cooks breakfast & the lady at reception with glasses & short hair. Forgot to catch their names but super friendly, helpful & welcoming. Free transport to/fro airport & disneyland. Breakfast was excellent. Deco was tasteful & elegant. Rooms were well equipped with relevant amenities. Plenty of good local eateries and supermarket/lawsons just outside. Great location.

Nothing much except we felt the heating wasn't very sufficient. Weather was cold & wet on our last 2 days and common areas were very cold. Our room was cold when we arrived on 1st night but we managed to make it warmer by turning heater temp to max (35°c).

I only stayed one night but the hotel is so relaxing! The bedroom was beautiful, had everything you need, especially after a long trip (even a steam eye mask) The rest of the hotel is also beautiful and relaxing. Breakfast was great with a large choice. And the staff is so nice !! Even people who don't speak english try their best to communicate and help you. When I checked out, the reception lady spoke english and helped me get my transport cards on alipay and explained how didi works to me . I recommend this place, I'll will definitely stay an entire week during my next trip to Shanghai ! 😊

The pickup service (airport shuttle) was well organised and the chauffeur although he doesn't speak that much of English was really nice and helpfull. It takes about 15 minutes to get the the hotel from the airport. When you arrive you can send a message with Booking.com to the hotel and one of the employees will react almost immediately. Don't forget to ask them in advance. When you entered China after the last check at the customs it is about a 5 till 10 minute walk to the pick up parking place. Luckily Booking.com is not blocked by the Government in China (WhatsApp doesn't work). I got a warm and professional welcome from the staff when I arrived at the desk and they all speak fluently English. The room was awesome, so much space and the bed is so big you can easily sleep with 3 people in it. Everything is clean and spot on and the breakfast is good.
